Potatoes:
• 800 g baby potatoes (approx. 1.76 lbs)
• 1 tbsp butter
• 2 cloves of garlic
• 100 g Parmesan, grated (about 1 cup)
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp oregano
• 1 tsp thyme
• 1 tsp paprika, sweet
• 1 tsp tomato flakes
• Olive oil
• Salt and black pepper to taste
Dressing:
• 250 ml yoghurt (approx. 1 cup)
• 1 clove of garlic
• Salt, to taste
• Black pepper, to taste
• Lemon juice, to taste
• Chives, finely chopped
Baking: 200°C (approx. 400°F) 20 minutes
