An arcade near me has an old Mortal Kombat arcade machine *hell if I can remember which game it was from). First weekend it was there I got high score. They still have, it still works, I am still the high score. That is 20 years+ holding that score. It amuses me to no end, and people still play it regularly surprisingly.
Alan is creeptastic in this episode! I love the warnings about playing at your own risk. No refunds at the top of the machine, and the Viva La Dirt League logo on the side. Even Rodney and Rowa couldn't resist playing
I love the fact that Alan's way of indicating that his character is starting to go crazy is to take on an American Mississppi accent 😅 I'm waiting for him to say "Bayou"

That was a fun episode. There is a tiny continuity error at 4:48 though. When Rowan turns around, you can see the score he got on the screen isn't anywhere close to the high score.

Amazing. The synthwave, the dark twist, and Ellie's new hair color looks great too. Once again Alan is the one to be overcome by his inner darkness, I thought this was gonna be the start of a new "white shirt" saga.
FINALLY a horror video game story that doesnt suck the players into the game, also this is very realistic aswell because they're are some people who get way too competitive with games which can also lead to anger issues

Rekt is very under rated and a lot of people don't seem to have even seen it. If you watch the supercut it's pretty much a VLDL movie.
