Hey man, I actually used to live in this house. We had to leave the place 4 months ago because the rms wanted the house back. The reason it looks so abandoned was because we couldn’t find a place to live by the time we were given to get out so we just packed up what we could and left
Please keep making such awesome videos. I love that you do not ever take things away from the scenes unless there is a question of authenticity etc. You do a wonderful job of keeping those of us who "would if we could" fed with adventure!
The house is very lovely 😊 but the size of the spider I can died scare me a lot but thank you so much for share this amazing vid 🤝🤝🤝🤝☺️☺️☺️👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻💙💙💙🕷🕷🕷🕷🕷🕷🕷
At--5:55-- "Hi ! I'm Sipdie from d own under. I make vids of people who come to film the inside of my home where I make webs to kill nasty bugs that tend to harm humans. Well I have to get back to work. Have a nice look about human & if you don't mess with me I won't mess with you. Good day." Just having anti of fun. 😁☮
They bought me out for the M1 as well. It was an old house that took me 3 years and a lot of money to totally renovate. My dad helped with the garden putting up walls etc. I even lost my dad in that house. Now it is a blank parking lot for the workers to park while working on the M1. Pissed me off. Didnt even get the true value of the house either
Great find! Cute little spider too. She would have let you share, I reckon. This home is quite typical of the poorly built 80's homes that were built by speculators on nice blocks. The property I had at Tamborine in S.E QLD was surrounded by these cheaply built homes with leaky bullnose verandahs, designed to make the house look much bigger, and seconds pavers. People put in $5000 pools to 'increase' the value by $10,000 but all it did was add maintenance costs, and add to appeal, rather than value. The spider would have only put the bite on you for the rent, is all. We had banana trees, so we saw these regularly. The faux archway and cheaply built wet area vanity furniture were all aimed at looks, and not function. The exposed aggregate block walls and green laminate benchtops are wonderfully 80's. This is a beautiful example of what we called a "3 bed dogbox". They probably lived in the shed while they were owner/building the home.Don't get me wrong, I am all warm and fuzzy with nostalgia. Thanks for taking us along, mate! Cheers
What a waste to distory such a lovely home. Think of the memorys that were made there. Fun cook outs, pool times, birthdays & Christmas & holidays spent there. Very sad with folks needing homes & all. Thank you for another explore. I hope that whomever lived here are ok & they've found another home that won't be taken from them.
Omg I thought the lavender sink on your other video was to die for ,then I saw this pink sink,I may have passed out for a moment lol. So beautiful. I want to live here.
For an older home it looks nice to me. And has a lot of room. It's sad to see nice houses like these beening left like that when people need homes to live in.
I lived that last house. It is a shamed they can't move them or use them. What's the deal.they look in very good condition, less the mold and rotting roofs. The scenery is absolutely beautiful.
IKR I see quite a few I seriously think I’m going to buy.. this site started me looking at abandoned near my home. No way..they are all $$ pits,I’ve with realtor or owner.. gone on tour. and it’s a shame to say they always end up “ohh crud”moment when we figure out the $$ it needs. SMH. Quite sad indeed.
Always thought I would like to visit over there. Changed my mind after seeing that ugly spider. NOPE not now. Very impressed on how well people over there clean their houses when they leave. Really nice, can see how they really live by how they leave it.
Oh WOW!! Loved the bugulow, I would move in, in a new York minute!! That would be nice to live in. First time I have ever seen a spider that big, looks as if it could eat a bird. Where there is one, there are more! Great video! They always are. Glad to see you again and glad the spider didn't jump on you! LoL...........!
Ahh, the good old eminent domain, when the Gov't steps in & takes property for a public improvement project. Back in the days (way back) I worked for the State of California in the Right of Way Department as California was massively building all the freeways both in the South around Los Angeles & the Bay Area around San Francisco. A lot of unhappy people lost their homes, but were paid a fair & reasonable reasonable price as determined by the State...hence the unhappiness. FWIW, I think this house may have been built back as far as the 50's, judging by the first toilet & some of the bathroom/kitchen hardware, the kitchen appliances & the possible rough textured Terrazzo brickwork...don't ask me how I might know this, hehe. I also think the family wasn't European, but Asian, as in Thailand, etc., but India possibly too, as they are also known for intricate woodworks.
Lovely to see vandals haven't been in. I would love it live there but would have to get rid of the sitting tenant! I live in the UK and love to see these houses abroad as they are so different from most of ours. New viewer, new sub 😉
Judging from the outside of the house...someone still comes to this property and maintains it. The lawn have been mowed the house is clean and it'll be devastating to the owner of the house if vandals discovers this house and trash it. I wish they closed the curtains and really secure the doors. I didn't even see a cobweb in your walk through inside the house.
I like this house with doors in bedrooms that access the porch. I like the pool. I can imagine the kids coming in with stories of their swimming adventures. Like the common area with stove.
Thanks for the videos, love the fact that you've put some Aussie locations on here.. I love watching abandoned videos but they are always from OS,,, so its awesome to see some from good ol' Australia
Nice explore, nice house bad wildlife inside lol we had one bigger than that one, called him Harry haven't seen him in a year so i think he is history.
Absolutely charming, cozy lovely home. Very sad that it has to be demolished for another road way. We have more roadway's than homes anymore. Although with spiders like that, I don't think I would live there for too long...the first time I saw one crawling up on my pillow to welcome me into the morning, I'd expire from a heart attack.
WOW its just a huntsman !!!!! u can take it home as a pet and enviromentally friendly bug catcher -It looks alot older probs just the style I love bull nose verandahs
Beautiful home just needs some TLC and some repairs and some Blackflag to rid it of that monster spider! What a shame it is being demolished - older homes have so much more character than new homes and were built so much better than new homes.
The spider was hard to see on the black but it looked like a wolf spider or huntsman. They are quite harmless and don’t jump. Big and scary but really nothing to worry about. We lived on a farm and we often got huge funnel webs in our house.
Too bad they don't build another house when they take one down kinda like when they cut down trees and then plant some more. People sure need a place to live. I Loved this house I didn't love that huge spider though. Glad it didn't jump on you I would've screamed
It's a shame Al these people lose their homes because of a freeway! Just hope the people got compensated well. It's a nice house minus the big ugly spider! Nice house great video. Keep them coming!
This house was going to be demolished? Very sad! I liked it! And it hadn't been left that long ago the pool wasn't in bad shape, not much algae. Almost looked like some of the older California homes except for the awning, they don't have that type here, at least not that I've seen. Great video, got a bit of a flare up from arachnophobia, my skin crawling now......thanks!
Another beautiful house, what a shame it's going as I think it has potential to be a real eye opener! That bloody great spider though, I was backing away from my screen the nearer you got!
Hi! I'm a New Sub. & I have watched 3 of Yre! Videos & I really like them. Oh! by the way I'm mostly a Silent Watcher, & don't leave very many comments....but I will Always give U 👍👍s Up. Keep up the Great work keeping them videos coming....Thanks 4 Sharing.👍👍👌
Good exploration mate. Loved it. Nice home. The spider’s nothing to worry about. We get them all the time in summer especially at night when you leave doors and windows open for a breeze. It’s the Sandestin, lizards and frogs that come in that annoy me. We have a large garden and pool and the Huntsman spiders love our place. Thanks for bringing this to us. New subscriber now.
This is a nice house, I like it! Too bad it must make way. That bathroom with a second entrance from the porch is a neat feature. There must have been a specific reason they fenced the pool in like that because normally people would prefer to just walk up to the pool and jump in. I'm not familiar with NSW but I guess there are either wild animals they wanted to keep out or else it was for their own little children or dogs.
Might holiday home ?or to rent in !if it was abandoned it would not have grass maintenance , nice place ! Except for deadly 🕷 spider! 😲Than X for video
1st off HELL NO. No way would I be opening ANYTHING after seeing that damn spider! Lol 😂 Second, were you barefoot? Again not after seeing that damn thing living there. This place was very nice. Looks like they had a great set up with the pool and yard and all. Damn shame it can be taken from good folks. Great video as always!
Wow! That's a clean and nice house for being abandoned! I hope that if they aren't able to move it, that they at least repurpose some of the furnishings. Do they do that in Australia?? Like the windows, doors, woodwork, appliances etc?!? I've seen some the LARGE creatures that you have in Australia!! That spider was small 😱😳
Hey man, I actually used to live in this house. We had to leave the place 4 months ago because the rms wanted the house back.

supabuu1936 nice lookin home what state?
Tiffani Knight New South Wales
supabuu 1936 sorry to hear that what a cool place i hope your doing good
That house has character. Cute. To bad their tearing it down sad. Has possibilities. Love the pool.
Please keep making such awesome videos. I love that you do not ever take things away from the scenes unless there is a question of authenticity etc. You do a wonderful job of keeping those of us who "would if we could" fed with adventure!
Looked like a huntsman spider... It was very pretty, although I don't think I'd of got as close as you did.😨 😊
The house is very lovely 😊 but the size of the spider I can died scare me a lot but thank you so much for share this amazing vid 🤝🤝🤝🤝☺️☺️☺️👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻💙💙💙🕷🕷🕷🕷🕷🕷🕷

Beautiful house and location. Many high end features, but typical trims n bay windows of the time. Ah,nostalgia

I’d just tell them get the cheque book out or fuck off lol 😂

Do you think you should see your doctor if you start passing out whenever you see a sink in a pretty shade?
The spider! Lord have mercy! Is this area of Australia tropical! So many palm trees outside. Love your personality and voice. 🦋🕷
Love that house!!.. Not the spider...
For an older home it looks nice to me. And has a lot of room. It's sad to see nice houses like these beening left like that when people need homes to live in.
'an older home'?... anyone would think this was Victorian :-)
I lived that last house. It is a shamed they can't move them or use them. What's the deal.they look in very good condition, less the mold and rotting roofs. The scenery is absolutely beautiful.

Never thought I'd find a spider funny but you made me laugh!🕸🕷
it's sad to see home get destroyed because of the highways. like we need anymore them. this was a real nice home.
Always thought I would like to visit over there. Changed my mind after seeing that ugly spider. NOPE not now. Very impressed on how well people over there clean their houses when they leave. Really nice, can see how they really live by how they leave it.

Nice house and could make lovely garden and the verandah, can see myself sitting there sipping cocktails.
Nice explore, nice house bad wildlife inside lol we had one bigger than that one, called him Harry haven't seen him in a year so i think he is history.
They sure left this place spotless. Very nice but for that ugly thing on the stove pipe. What a waste to just tear it down.
Beautiful condition nice. ❤️ Love the pool etc .
love this place an eco friendly space
It is always sad when you lose a family home

Love the architecture of this house -so different than in the states - just love it.
I like this house. It needs a little repair work on it and cleaning up but it could be a really nice home. Great video!
Too bad they don't build another house when they take one down kinda like when they cut down trees and then plant some more. People sure need a place to live. I Loved this house I didn't love that huge spider though. Glad it didn't jump on you I would've screamed

Great showing love the house and personal touches but I would definitely have to evict the Huge Spider
A nice house in my opinion...maybe coz I am old. But as you say destined for the chop.
I have this incredible urge to clean that pool and go for a soak. Plush purple furniture in the garage... Very smart!

Very beautiful hate that they are terering it down . What a shame .Thanks for sharing it with us.
Good job very pretty
Omg. That spider is bigger than the house..
Fairly modern. If this place was in the U.S it would've been trashed.
Love your videos !! Hugs and Much Love...
I enjoyed this one too, nice place.
i thought that house looked ready to move into. Then I saw the Spider. And thought Nah....
PrairieDodgers
Shame it will be pulled down seeing as it is brick and those spiders can jump. Thanks for watching Cindy
that type of spider mate for life so were was his bitch... I hate big spiders too.. I'd live there
If I saw a spider that big in my house, I’d demolish it too!
Nice house, would look great with some upgrades. To bad it probably torn down by now..
Beaiful house
I wonder if the spider would pay rent lol 😂
Nice house. Cute spider

New subbr...what do you do with thesez properties? Very curious channel. Enjoy your vid's style. 💕
Awesome video
Abandoned? Someone is keeping the yard in good shape and that pool is not all that dirty
What a shame that’s been such a loved home! I’m living in an 80s style house 🙂
1st off HELL NO. No way would I be opening ANYTHING after seeing that damn spider! Lol 😂 Second, were you barefoot? Again not after seeing that damn thing living there. This place was very nice. I love this house. My only question is What is that stuff stuck to the majority of the brick? Great vid...yet again.👍
Still a nice looking house. Creepy spider there. We have those here but called a wolf or cane spider. Yes they are huge and ugly.
nice home,,, but that big bastard freaked me out
wonder how that big spider payed for that house seems like he owns it probably scared the crap out of the salespeople!!!
You do a very good job
How I would LOVE this place, so sick of renting, been renting for over 20 yrs. I would make that place like a palace!
Nice house huge property
