I remember that! (size up your foot and have you try on different shoes) They had that foot measuring thingy. I don't even know if any stores have those anymore. We had a Thom McCan in the mall near our house back in the 1970s-early 80s. My mom would take me to get my shoes there when I was a kid. I remember Hush Puppies, too. I think they sold them at Thom's, but there might have been a Hush Puppy store. This was like 40+ year ago so my memory is a bit hazy.
