Haley has multiple bodycam arrests that I've seen now! She's an actual nightmare & has a drinking problem. While I do feel for folks who struggle with addiction, I have zero sympathy for the very same folks that feel they're entitled to treat others however they want with no consequences.

I feel bad for her too, but they are right. If the entire police department knows you by first name, then you are a constantly disruptive and negative entity in that community. She probably has mental issues that aren’t being properly treated. It sounds like she also has an addiction, because the cop said that when they get calls of some crazy lady “shooting up” somewhere, they know it’s her. She needs to want to help herself before others can help her.

unfortunately, I spent three years living in a motel room… never once was I asked to be quiet or to leave… and if I had a problem with a guest, then manager gladly moved me… why? Because during that three years, they did not get one complaint on me…. They did not have to clean my room. I did it for them. I changed my own bedding and provided my own towels… I worked long hours late at night… so the manager would even wait till evening for me to bring my rent… And would never knock at my door because he did not want to disturb my sleep.. I always made sure my trash was outside the door for easy pick up… when you behave like a decent human being…. You get treated like a decent human being in return….

I get transported to the ER so many times that I actually have a favorite EMT team. I call them Rocky and Squirrel. Rocky's a Paramedic and is always kind enough to hit me with some dilaudid (8 times stronger than Morphine) in the ambulance so I don't have to wait an hour for the ER doc to put in orders for me. I have a chronic illness that comes with chronic pain. If it spikes too high for me to deal with it at home, off to the ER I go.

When he checked out housekeeping went up to clean his room and there were approximately 15 dildos of varying shapes and sizes suction cupped to the inside of the shower at different heights. All different sizes, colors, all obviously…used. Lots of people cheating on spouses, I’ve seen 4 dead bodies from people ODing (and I work in a $200/night hotel). People are absolutely insane.

There has been some change in behaviour. But what has mostly happened is that men now realize they are very apt to be arrested for hitting people. So the ones who are NOT the really really violent, profoundly dedicated to beating women, do it less. (the really hate filled abusers..they're still doing it, and their victims are far FAR too afraid to ever say a thing to the police)
And this does mean that women who used to be hit in the face over for "talking out of turn" ARE screaming a lot more. But, just as the men who like hitting took some time learning that they're better off NOT doing so, it'll take some time for their female equivalents to learn the same thing about THEIR actions. That they more they allow themselves to behave horribly, the more they go to jail. Which is why it is always worth calling police on people who behave badly. If we don't hold them accountable, they'll keep doing it..
But there's hardly been any wonderful turn around on DV. IN the US, every single day, three women are murdered by their male partner, or ex partner.
And a woman is assaulted by her male partner every 20 seconds.
It is really good seeing more women being arrested for hitting their male partners though. That is really important. And usually women who do that - they hit their children too. That way an endless line of generational abuse is created.

The ignorance of people who don't understand what being trespassed means. Having paid has nothing to do with your ability to be trespassed.
(Edit) In reference topublic places... You also have to commit a crime, and be warn you that you will be trespassed BEFORE YOU GET TRESPASSED. Also, the laws can be different from state to state.

And creating a disturbance, threatening people, all of that type of thing, is a crime, albeit typically a misdemeanor. The lady at the desk DID trespass her, they were arguing about it when the officer arrived. They continued to talk about it all through the video. Near the end, the desk lady clearly articulated it, on camera. Crazy lady continued to stand in the doorway arguing not only with her but also with the officer.
Here, I'll make it easy for you: "Florida state statutes: 810.08 Trespass in structure or conveyance.- (1)Whoever, without being authorized, licensed, or invited, willfully enters or remains in any structure or conveyance, or, having been authorized, licensed, or invited, is warned by the owner or lessee of the premises, or by a person authorized by the owner or lessee, to depart and refuses to do so, commits the offense of trespass in a structure or conveyance." Nothing in the statutes states that the person being trespassed must first commit a crime.
It appears that the admiration for the Law Enforcement Gentlemen involved with this particular case deserve a generous vacation.
It is a difficult matter to resolve in a moments notice. The Young Lady has a difficult sense of understanding and perhaps the ability to recognize her faults is lacking.

Yup. I worked for a hotel YEARS ago. Night audit would run credit cards thru at night and put a hold on the for number of nights reserved or told to staff at the time of check-in. If you paid with cash, you had to leave a deposit for phone calls (this was before cellphones). Lol's. Most hotels require a pet deposit as well. I continue to be shocked at the number of these characters who live at hotels! How do they afford it?
