Can Ramses elimate the heal all together? If so all you have to do is add him and Saladin to your swarm package and that Garrison is destroyed correct?
The important thing is that it heals lightly wounded soldiers to add more heavily wounded soldiers to the hospital like RC so healing is not appreciated
Can someone explain how Richard’s heal to death works? Wouldn’t healing be good since it brings slightly wounded troops back into the fight so you don’t need to reinforce as much?
Healing is the exact same as reinforcing for garrison. You can cast a heal on the garrison any time you want by reinforcing, but Richard's heal replaces an active skill in the garrison. So rather than having an active skill to help you trade better, he just reloads more troops into the garrison for the enemy rally to hit. Imagine the enemy rallies with YSG vs your Richard garrison. Enemy YSG deals 10k deads to your garrison. Your Richard heals the garrison to almost full. Enemy team reinforces their YSG rally to full. Your team reinforces the Richard garrison to full. Your team has taken 10k more deads than the enemy team after 1 skill cycle. Repeat x100 skill cycles, and your team has taken 1M more deads than the enemy team. Once the enemy runs out of troops on the field to reinforce the rally, they can cancel the rally, reload and start again. Only difference is your team now has 1M fewer troops left to defend against all the rallies in the future. If you instead used YSG in the garrison, you would trade at least 1:1 with the rally, and the enemy team would have also taken 1M more deads.
@@xDread I see! So basically since healing is the same as reinforcing, having a skill that only heals is the same as not having a skill. You'd rather just reinforce manually and have another skill instead. Thanks for the explanation!

The assumtion with Richard is wrong. He is not bad bcs of his healing, he is bad bcs his dmg output is to low. Richard is not able to kill the enemy troops, just healing back the slightlys wounded troops. So you generate a automatic refilling Pinata.
I think the healing factor will be pretty low, because you both heal and deal damage at the same time when some commanders for example only do healing.
@@OmniarchOfficial Might not be a bad idea to work on Circle if the other Archer commander is also mighty heal/true damage, we can always slap a Zhuge behind anything and hope for the best.
I feel like this new garrison will be the go to garrison for any kd punching up at a kvk. Liliths attempt to balance power between new and old players. I mean, they did it in Ceroli so it shows it's on their mind
This is probably the only game where the developers don't explain much needed mechanics, especially considering how much of gameplay is dependant on correctly understanding it. It's insane they try to hide this, and make people have to fogure it out on their own. I know lots of people who have differing opinions on tons of stuff in the game, just because there is no unifying explanation given by the devs. F that!
There will definitely be a top cap, there has to be. If there is not then Gajah would be among the best garrisons in the game, which in theory could be tested with using him as a city garrison for a test or in a AOO practice match. Great work.
Unfortunately Gajah only heals with ranged attacks so he doesn't heal in garrisons otherwise I would have tested 🥲 but thanks! Yeah see the pinned comment, there has to be a cap!
@@OmniarchOfficial You could in theory test by having him do a rally in AOO and have a bunch of range attacks (even with non-range commanders using V formation) hitting him, but I would never suggest that is practical for the theory crafting done in this video. It is a good topic to test with the actual garrison once that commander is released, but again - obviously there has to be a cap =).
The issue of richard garrison is not the healing, its the lack of damage. All garrisons do heal through reinforcement. That new commander should be seen as a dps that scales off something new: healing bonuses. And on the side note, he/she requires less reinforcement. Do you think you could test if mighty healing is immune (or resistant to some degree) to healing cut ?
Well then. I see two strayegies. 1. Put that new commander with the highest garrison-compatible dps commander available or 2. Put that new commander with the tankiest garrison-commander possible. Already I think swarming WOULD take a hit, because individual marches might melt rather quickly. There is one issue: garrisoning in the city of a whale. Will that mechanism be limited by the same limiter for normal heroes? Skill damage appears to not be limited by the troops that actually fight. Will this damage be thus limited? It will need testing, or there may be no more zeroing of certain cities. 🤔
Question here: When you're in a garrison situation like holding a pass, doesn't the number of slightly wounded increase all the time, while also fresh marches try holding the garrison to its maximum? So if the dmg is based on the healing potential, even if it doent heal that much bc the garrison is full, shouldnt the dmg of the skill get higher and higher the longer the fight goes on?
Instead of equal to the actual unit you can heal, it will based on the enemies' health number for true damage. Just replace your troop health in healing formula with enemies' health and put it as damage to enemies, then you should get true damage. It is stupid to think that since your health is lower cuz using t1, you deal more damage to enemies T5. We are all assuming that damage = how many troop enemy is losing, but infact, damage is not. How many troop enemy is losing = damage/enemy's health. So damage is only the top portion. So no, T1 wont do more true damage than T5. By what you come up with formula, we can heal like 500k on full t1, so you can actually burst any swarming army with just that AoE...which does not make any sense if "true damage = number of unit you heal". Her skill of decreasing enemies Health would support the calculation based on enemies' health instead.
The skill specifically says that the amount of True Damage you deal will be a percentage of how much you heal. I think your analysis is great, but I also think Lilith needs to reword their skill 🤣🤣
It says "capable of healing", so it varies between different types of unit. T1 could be 5x more than T5 in number of unit, but the exact limit on capacity of your "heal strength" are number of unit, and the healing factor. The health of the unit it is applied to is different story. It is like I can shoot an arrow that fly 100m/s, with a weight of 1kg. I can calculate the kinetic energy from it. That will be my damage. However, if I hit a wooden surface, a steel surface, a rabbit, a person, the damage show will be entirely different. The damage/heal strength in this game is like the total kinetic energy I put in the arrow. And the actual outcome on troops is like a surfaces i choose to shoot.
