His Hair: Rook had to cut it and was forced to dye it completely black so that he won't show a family resemblance towards Kasane Ted, but while he was dying it black, he had missed a spot, which was near the corner of his eye, so he had exposed his naturally red hair that he had gotten from his father (Ted) anyway. Now about Rook's haircut... it's COMPLETELY obvious that if you imagine a long, low ponytail added to Rook's head, then imagine his hair being entirely red... it will make Rook look EXACTLY like Ted because the current hairstyle that Rook is wearing NOW looks EXACTLY like the type of hairstyle TED would have if HE cut off HIS long ponytail. Rook's Eyes: Same shape as Kaito and Ted's eyes and has Ted's same eye color. Rook's Voice: Exactly the same as Kaito's but talks exactly like Ted, you know... ROBOTICALLY. I don't even need to EXPLAIN about his sister RUKO...
How does he sound like Kaito? Rook is a utau with a robotic voice, Kaito is a vocaloid with a more realistic sounding voice (used to think he was a real person). Plus, last I checked, Kaito's voice was deeper than this.
