Alexandra Hospital celebrates the Year of the Rabbit with special a menu for our patients.

The reunion dinner is a special meal that families have together to usher in the Chinese New Year. But for patients who are unable to be home for the occasion, AH Chef Philip is cooking up a specially curated Chinese New Year meal to bring some familiarity to comfort them.
Reminiscent of a traditional Chinese New Year feast, the six-course AH Chinese New Year Abundance Menu includes the auspiciously-named 五彩缤纷 (Prosperous Yu Sheng), 多福多寿 (Golden Pumpkin Soup), 富贵有余 (Steamed Seabass with Superior Ginger Soya Sauce), 财源滚滚 (Steamed Napa Cabbage with Dried Scallops), 五谷丰登 (Five Grain Fried Rice Steamed in Lotus Leaf) and 喜气洋洋 (Rich Mango Pudding with Sago, Pomegranate Pulp and Coconut Cream).
