When in “Google Forms Merge” option of Document Studio, I open “Email Template” but the only option available in the “Send Email To:” dropdown is the placeholder “Select Email Field”? I want to put in {{ Email Address}} but cannot type it there or get it to populate in the dropdown menu?

I have other sheet that has the whole database and i would like to use it to take informations like the email of the client and stuff. I was thinking about having the anwers sheet from the form to have a column that takes database from the previous sheet.

How to generate 3 different pdf documents in Google Document Studio from the same spreadsheet when customer enters google form and responds filled and emails going to be sent automatically - needs to be attached 3 files in one email. When I download the app, a warning appears "This app hasn't been verified by Google yet. Only proceed if you know and trust the developer." I would like to know why it is not verified and if you plan to make it verified soon. Thanks

Hello, please consider changing the column title in the sheet to Email and use {{Email}} in the document template. It looks more like a regex issue to me.
I am having the same issue with ERROR: Exception: Invalid regular expression pattern {{What is Your name?*}}. Can there be no spaces in the column name?

Select that column and goto format menu select date format which you required format
