To those who know Colin he is a true gentleman, I went out with Colin many many years ago he was a fantastic boyfriend and supported me through some extremely difficult times even years after we split he was always good to me . I have nothing but love for him and wish him well in his life x
Looking forward to this one. Colins a top bloke. Used to work with him in the body guard game. Absolute soldier. Always puts others first. Golden heart.
this was an awesome interview covering some real life issues, Colin Wilby showing some real emotions to me i reckon shows how fucken strong he is not just what he achieved in the ring. be cool to see him again.
What’s a great fella. Well done for opening up. I started chatting to him on instagram. And he been very kind and supportive, I’m new to the gym and he been helping with that’s. Keep your chain held high and keep going you should be so proud of ya self. Colin

Well done. For that to be Colin's first podcast, that was amazing as he began to relax and tell his story. I'm sure he has much more so get him on for part 2!
As usual great podcast Colin seems like a great bloke. You could really tell that you care by the way you looked after him and in a way gave him counselling nice one. allso love the way you genuinely laugh your bollocks off and have a laugh it's infectious great channel thankyou
Another brilliant podcast Terry. I especially found the spiritual chat and experience interesting. I used to think it was absolutely nonsense until I suffered from a nervous breakdown, then I got into bee keeping and nature and had my own Spiritual awakening at Arbow Low in Derbyshire. Think Colin would find it interesting and I'd certainly be happy to take him
Those videos from Cesar's back then on the early days of youtube are legendary and way before there time. I always remember the promo for a fight between Colin and Manny Clark its still on there its a right naughty promo and again so ahead of its time. Also well done Colin on the 3 years sobriety 👏🏻 loved this podcast well done to all involved.

Colin what a brilliant podcast, so sorry to hear about you mum , i wish you so much luck and love for the future...Been through so much myself, so i knew where you were coming from it took me a long to heal and find peace..My daughter lost her dad to suicide and has started thai boxing and she is doing so well..Wish you all the best for your upcoming fight and i hope you find the love of you life ..❤❤❤ p.s I know how you feel with age i am 44 this year ❤
Really glad I watched this episode. Deep deep character. Reminds me of a really good and genuine person no longer here. Mental health is c@@t and the feelings you ve had past few years have most definitely been a tough journey. Life changes in a moment and won’t be the same again. Potentially your mom might have caught Covid from somewhere else, either way whilst we have never met, it’s clear to me that you love your mom and your mom loves you. Keep the faith brother, I believe we ll meet up with our loved ones again.
Respect to Colin to open up about what he's done in his life really enjoyed listening to him totally honest an spoken with out all the Billy big bollocks crap . Respect 🙏 an all the best 👍
Really good podcast. Had some great nights in Uncle Ben's bitd, what a gaff. Same can't be said for Fat Sam's, proper rough club! What he says about Lee Murray is spot on, as soon as he went away lots of people started taking liberties in all the pubs the area as they knew they were safe! Keep up the good work, Free Lee Murray

Just listening to this one again but on Spotify and thinking Ter have you ever considered doing a live podcast/q&a at a venue where people could come ? Id definitely consider buying tickets 👍👍
Ben we are actually in talks at the moment with a big concert promoter about taking this show on the road, I think it will happen in 2025. We are looking at doing a few small ones up and down the country this year so I will keep you posted mate!
Really looking forward to this Terry. Haven’t seen Colin, since we were mates and next door neighbours, tearing up Wothorpe- near Stamford some 35 years ago. Before he moved out of the area. Couldn’t believe it when I saw this pop up on Facebook 🙏🏻
This one and the Michael Kelly episode were superb. Two blokes who I’d say can definitely hold their hands up talking about all sorts of madness which sometimes can get a bit showy & muggy but I didn’t get that with Colin & Michael your still thinking they seem sound as a pound I’d nick a pint with them! And you Terry top stuff mate I’ve subscribed
@terrystone743 Hi Terry. You talking about that experience you had with your dad coming through, has made me think of trying it. Only it must be a mine field trying to find someone legit.
Brought back some memories… Amadeus in cuxton we all pilled in there on opening night it was amazing at the time and there was a little bar over the road a bit further up … and went to zens in about 97 and da ja vu’s in swanley good times
Good podcast, as a Gillingham boy all the spots and names make it feel like I'm living it with Colin. On another note, I'm clean 2 years now BUT my doctors had me on Tramadol for more than a year now and a lot of things mentioned were really relevant to me. I've recently become aware that due to my prescription that I've developed an addiction for Tramadol. The lows are getting really bad and I don't want to up my dose more, or even take it any longer. Can anyone help or have any experience with the problem. I hate this dependency and I can't handle the lows and physical pain it gives.
Tramadol are a nice little buzz my mate had tons of them his nan didn't end up using, dunno what dose they were but 3/4 with a few drinks was very nice, almost like MDMA , they actually use them for depression in some countries , I tried getting some of my doctor but could only get 3 cause he knows I got drug problems . . Like codeine though quickly lost the buzz and started feeling a bit angry on them and more depressed , my receptors must be shot cause whatever drug I do I only get a week or so pleasure then I'm done, drugs in 40s very different to 20s...stay strong
