I like your video as a pipe smoker. I smoke the Mac Baren Mixture Scottish Blend since my 17th. I'm now 65 years old. Since a few months the Dutch taxes rates are sky high. A 50 grams pouch costs now 22.40 euro and by April 2024 its going up again. In Germany costs the same much 10.40 euro. So I will visit your country soon, although I have tot travel 400 km for it. Hola Mark, another great road movie from you. During your trip at home, I smoked the Mac Baren Classic Loose Cut in one of my meerschaum pipes, which I can also buy here on the island, but I can't buy the new Roll Cakes here. My friend Harald from Stuttgart, who visited me here, had brought a tin for me. It is a very good version of a vanilla flavour. My wife will now bring me another tin from Germany. You gave a very good explanation of these three different tobaccos. Keep care in this crazy times my friend. Best wishes from the island. Michael
Excellent, excellent vid Bremen. Thanks a lot. I love to see your vids, especially the long vids, in my opinion, they are by far a lot better. Have a great week-end.

Great roadway chat Mark! Looking forward to the future vids you mentioned. One of my neighbors who is in her 80s flys home to Bremen a few times a year to visit family. Be well!
I like your videos and I like the Mac Baren Vanilla Cream or Classic Flake tobacco. It's my favorite everyday tobacco. I was particularly pleased that your road trip passed directly by our farm. I know it's in the middle of nowhere, but now in your video, our tranquil place has disappeared in the black second between 33:28 and 33:29. 😂
Hans, my friend! So glad, to have you here! Yeah...we gonna show the guys your most wonderful farm and the heartwarming hospitality you offer in the summer. Can`t wait for our next meet up on Bockhops farm in July! Take care! Hope, you're well! Mark
Hey Mark: great to see you again, I am appalled and frankly angry at the amount of "big brother is watching you" messages that are going out to youtube presenters who are simply presenting fairly tame videos on various subjects. With all the horrific events that are going on in Eastern Europe one would think that these computer driven politically correct restrictions are miniscule compared to the real world events that are taking place.. Maybe some of us should send a few footages of what is going on in Ukraine to sober these people up. They show an incredible lack perspective on what is important in the world these days. Beautiful pipe, but the renaming of Vanilla tobacco because some computer thinks that is an earth shaking threat to our well being is ridiculous and dangerous censorship They need to, as we say in the U.S. "get a clue" as to the real issues that are game changers. Keep puffin. I will Vox you soon on this subject. Keep puffin.
Hello Mark, thanks for the latest video, nice to have a new smoke with you. I am trapped here in Canada so I only have some Amphora Original Blend. Choices here are bleak.
Yeah...so sorry to hear that, my friend! Had the same situation once in France...just some Caporal and a dry tin of some Peterson...but in that moment, it felt like a gift to have something to chooch on at all...lol Take care, my friend! Be well! Mark
@John Parry , situation with pipe tobacco here in Finland is very similar to the Canadian one, and prices are almost the same, but actually, Amphoras are mighty good tobaccies, yet no way to order anything from the States, our vigilant Customs will interfere and cease all tobacco containing parcels from outside of the EU region
Damn Mark, you haven't been on for quite some time, I got a a little worried that something bad happened to you. Missed you buddy, so happy to see you again!
Thanks for that, my friend! Really so much appreciated by heart! I'll be back soon with another video...already working on it... Take care! Be well! Mark
Mark I never knew that your videos had such a following among 14 year old boys. Utube was ridiculous! Here in the US the vanilla roll cake is about $24 but comes in a 3oz tin. Not so bad. More videos please.
Thank you so much for that, my friend! As always truly appreciated! And...yeah I hear you... already working on another video! Take good care, brother! And be well! Mark
Hi Bremen, good day! I am a pipe smoker too. I watch in your videos that you smoke different tobaccos in your briar root pipes. I always smoke the same tobacco in my briar root pipes because that is the only way a briar root pipe takes (acquires) the savour and aroma of that tobacco. From my point of view, smoking different tobaccos in a briar root pipe it makes that pipe acquires an indefinite flavour and savour. What do you think?
Thank you so much for taking the time, my friend! Much appreciated! Yeah...well...I agree, best practice would be to have one pipe for one tobacco...at least for the whole tin...but on the other hand...there is always the combination of a certain pipe, you wanna go for and a certain tobacco, you like to enjoy at this very moment...so I guess, we have to compromise... And that's the good thing about a Meer...it doesn't really care much about changing the baccys ...always provides a clear and neutral taste... Take care! Hope, you're well! Mark
@@bremenpipesmoker6571 Thank you very much for your answer Mark. I think the most appropriate thing would be to have some pipes to try different tobaccos. With respect to the rest of pipes ( brair root pipes) always smoke them with the same tobacco, in this way a unique flavour and aroma is achieved. I have seen that you have a lot of meerschaum pipes (excellent meerschaum pipes). I am living in Spain. I have seen that in Germany all pipes are adapted for the use of flters (very good measure) . What brands of brair root pipes do you prefer? After many brands I have some brair root pipes made by a catalan craftsman that are excellent. My favourite tobacco is: Amphora Full Aroma. I have only smoked that one for more than 20 years in my brair root pipes. What do you think of that tobacco? A pleasure to be in contact!
Thanks for the video tour and chat, mate. I wouldn't get too concerned about the videos being restricted to adults only. I think all mine are just set automatically that way. It's not like kids would be seeking out our stuff anyway hahahahah As far as the tobacco goes, I don't mind the flake but never really enjoyed the vanilla roll cakes as I found them "bitey". In fact I find all Mac Baren roll cakes "bitey". Haven't tried the loose cut.
Thanks for that, my friend! Really so much appreciated! And...yeah...I hear these concerns about the roll cakes sometimes...But I rub em out completely...normally helps... :-) but there is always a risk for that...you're right... Take care! Be well! Mark
Thanks mate, I like MacBarens in general yet I feel they do need to have a "all day smoker" version AND a more premium "Elite" line of more "occasional smokers" with something distinguishing about them. I love the HR Giger Alien Pipe!!! P.S. I'm in the process of getting a Mehmet Ali Birinci Pipe.
Thanks for that, my friend! Really so much appreciated! Yeah...Ali Birinci won't let you down...sure about that! Enjoy, my friend! Take care! Be well! Mark
I turned on the subtitles to catch every word but amusingly the translation at times is quit creatively incorrect. One of the really amusing ones is that I assume you are not playing music in your Mercedes during the video but I think the translator is picking up the road noise from the streets and calling it "music playing", rather funny.
Vanilla cream is one of daily favorites in loose cut and flake, haven't tried roll cake yet. Looking for Orlik dark strong Kentucky replacement tried Mac B dark twist but to to grassy for me. Can't find any Peter Heinrich dark strong hopefully it is similar to Orlik 👍
Thanks for that, my friend! Really so much appreciated! Yeah...Peter Heinrichs is from the same barrel...there is a comparison on the channel if you're interested in it... Take care! Be well! Mark
Hi Mark, this was very kurzweilig, very entertaining, thank you. Did you use two cameras? The new Meerschaum looks amazing. I am not sure if native tribes recommending to smoke tobacco will save us on RUclips. This will probably be seen as cultural appropriation from our side. 😄 Stay well, Peter
Peter, old friend! Yeah...lol...you`re probably right about the appropriation thing...lol...they always find their ways to make us look bad... And...yes...I used two cameras...wasn't too easy, to cut the whole thing...lol Take good care, my friend! Be well! Mark
@@bremenpipesmoker6571 Wow, the editing was perfect, with seamless transitions from one camera to the other. I well believe that this took some time! Great job!
Glad to see you're back for more, it's been awhile. Was sure hoping that bus was not preceding you all the way home. The roll cakes are getting alot of note lately so it's good to have your impression. I have a bit of MB but have yet to tap into them. The "political" restrictions on these type of videos are getting rather silly. The computer bots pop up on alot of feeds, not by coincidence i think. I would hate to see any presenters get fed up and stop. Again, glad to see you . Take care
Hey, my friend! Always good to have you here! Well...I really don't have a long time favorite...I guess... Right now, I like to have Mac Baren's Spun Cut in my daily rotation...some Three nuns of course...and for the aromatic some Mac Baren Classic Amber and John Aylesbury's Dragon Mixture... Take care, my friend! Hope. you're well! Mark

He's alive!!!! Missed your videos, sir!
Thanks for that, my friend! Really so much appreciated by heart!

I love seeing the smoke rise inside your car! Can you tell us about smoking a pipe inside a car?
I'm 27... 28 end of this month.
I'm sure your viewers ages vary much.
Thanks for the upload keep well!
I recently bought two 100g tins of classic loose cut in the duty free shop on Izmir airport, couldn't resist the price of 11,90€ per tin.
Great roadway chat Mark! Looking forward to the future vids you mentioned. One of my neighbors who is in her 80s flys home to Bremen a few times a year to visit family. Be well!
Thank you so much for taking the time, my friend! Really so much appreciated! And glad, you enjoyed!
Take care! Be well!
Mark
Mark
I enjoyed the ride. It was not boring. Mac Baren “vanilla cream” is delicious, however I was smoking Captain Earl’s “Ten Russians” during the ride.
Thanks for watching and kind words, my friend! Much appreciated!
Take care and be well!

Had the same situation once in France...just some Caporal and a dry tin of some Peterson...but in that moment, it felt like a gift to have something to chooch on at all...lol
Take care, my friend! Be well!
Take care! Be well!
Mark
hehe - cool, den MB hat der Willi auch kürzlich in Triebtätermanier gekauft
Mark I never knew that your videos had such a following among 14 year old boys. Utube was ridiculous!
Here in the US the vanilla roll cake is about $24 but comes in a 3oz tin. Not so bad.
More videos please.
Thank you so much for that, my friend! As always truly appreciated!
And...yeah I hear you... already working on another video!
Take good care, brother! And be well!

And Thanks for the review of course, personally I prefer the standard Golden Blend or Amphora Burley or the Full Red one
Vanilla Cream is a favorite, but I've not tried the roll cake. I suppose it's time...
Thanks for that, my friend! Really so much appreciated! Yeah...just give it a shot...you probably won't regret!
Take care! Be well!
Mark
Nice new meers
Thanks for that, my friend! Really so much appreciated!
Take care! Be well!

Take care! Be well!

Stay well, Peter
Peter, old friend!
Yeah...lol...you`re probably right about the appropriation thing...lol...they always find their ways to make us look bad...
And...yes...I used two cameras...wasn't too easy, to cut the whole thing...lol
Take good care, my friend! Be well!
Mark
@@bremenpipesmoker6571 Wow, the editing was perfect, with seamless transitions from one camera to the other. I well believe that this took some time! Great job!
Greetings
Glad to see you're back for more, it's been awhile. Was sure hoping that bus was not preceding you all the way home. The roll cakes are getting alot of note lately so it's good to have your impression. I have a bit of MB but have yet to tap into them. The "political" restrictions on these type of videos are getting rather silly. The computer bots pop up on alot of feeds, not by coincidence i think. I would hate to see any presenters get fed up and stop. Again, glad to see you . Take care
Thanks for that, my friend! Really so much appreciated!
And...yeah...we gonna hang in as long as possible!
Take care! Be well!

Just a ride home.... and even better than TV.... Hey "Dr. Meerschaum"..... after 174 videos, wouldn't it be time for your tobacco ranking ?
Mark, if you dont mind telling us.... what tobacco is your favorite and that you hord?
Hey, my friend! Always good to have you here!
Well...I really don't have a long time favorite...I guess... Right now, I like to have Mac Baren's Spun Cut in my daily rotation...some Three nuns of course...and for the aromatic some Mac Baren Classic Amber and John Aylesbury's Dragon Mixture...
Take care, my friend! Hope. you're well!
Mark
@@bremenpipesmoker6571 I've got to try those. Thanks Mark. Later. Oh, I've moved over a hundred of my videos to rumble. I think we all know the city (RUclips) wants to at some point bulldoze our community (ytpc).
@@TheTunnellTake Yeah...maybe you're right, ma friend...
Smoking in the car with the windows up might be the best way to smoke. Hotboxing a good tobacco is amazing :P then your car smells amazing also :P
Censor your ship as little as possible ✌️
