Not sure what's going on during the last part, are Seiran's bullets unaffected by time because she's firing them from another dimension or is Seiran just pulling a Pucci ultimatum on Sakuya?
I imagine that the bullets are temporarily unaffected by the timestop as they adjust to their new dimension. This allows just enough momentum for them to reach Sakuya before stopping. I imagine it's similar to what happens to Sakuya's own knives, or indeed how DIO's knives are depicted in the Stardust Crusaders anime.
My idea was that Seiran knew that Sakuya was going to stop time and get her revenge, so she summoned the bullets just as Sakuya stopped time to put them in a standoff. I guess I could've done it different to make it clear but time is not on my side. I.E., I make these quickly and there's no time to think.

The ending ruins it for me, not a fan of seeing Sakuya and specially Remilia being cowards against characters they can easily beat (specially when it made no goddamn sense)
