I think blinking red and blue light is illegal in some countries unless you are a special service vehicle. I mean, they probably won't charge a kid on a bike with impersonating a policeman, but still.
Only the multitool looks usefull. The anti-flat tire slime looks useful in theory as well, but I've actually tried it myself (years ago) and it doesn't work in practice. My guess for why it *_did_* seem to work at the separate tube is that *A.* The separate tube has just been filled with slime & air, so the slime hasn't had much time yet to completely react with the in-pumped air and therefore hasn't set/thickened/hardened yet. Therefore it's still able to flow out through the puncture *B.* The outside of the separate tube is in direct contact with the air while a tube-in-tire is not. The slime in the separate tube therefore can contact with the air outside when the tube is punctured, allowing the slime to set and thicken *C.* The separate tube can be squeezed and bent to distribute the slime better. In contrast, a tube-in-tire has a set shape (around the wheel) and even though the wheel can be spun to help distribute the slime inside, the tube cannot be squeezed to force the slime further away from the entry point (the valve)
I've use Slime successfully on bikes, cars, and tractor tires after the fact, not as a preventative. For cars, and even bikes, it can cause balance issues, so use only if you must. It was great for the slow leak in an older car. I think it's safe for cars with tire pressure sensors, but check label.
I’ve used slime for over ten years. I don’t carry puncher kits or tools because of it. You can buy the slime tubes with the slime in them and not have to put it in the tube. Just install the tube like normal.
I liked the multi tool the most and I use Slime all the time on all my bikes and scooters. They make tire (or _"tyre"_ ) liners as well! Used in combination, your tires become Nearly bulletproof! Now, after you've cleaned that chain, use IceWax on it instead of wd40 if you want to keep dust out and go Stealth, sound·wise.
I got a set of the Active Lights. The best one to get in my opinion is the one that phases between different colours, it makes an incredible effect when you're riding. But sadly these lights are let down by poor reliability, the product just isn't good enough for me to recommend. The battery cases are lasting well, but it's the actual lights on the cable. Currently the ones on my front wheel are really reliable, the ones on the back work for a bit and then stop.
i am up for bike gadgets! thanks dave - i do like fun kitchen gadgets but summer is coming and i'm looking forward to riding my new ebike so this is perfect! 😄
If you have a flagship phone like an Iphone, samsung, google, etc. Quadlock probably has a case for it and their system is second to none. I use a 0uadlock case and mount system for all my bikes, a recumbent trike and all of our motorcycles and cars. For chain cleaners, get the park tools version instead, it's much higher quality. As all of the Park Tools products are.
*Once more I found the channel, its like nothing changed at all and its 2014 again.* *His voice is still the same, the video quality is still great, and the BGM is still fantastic.*
Warning about the LED wheel lights: The mount won't work for e-bike with the motor on the wheel. You'll need to zip tie the battery holder to the bike spokes instead (may damage bike spokes though!)
Yes, though he could have a video on cleaning it out. I wonder how long it will last as the plastic seems like it would crack. Still pretty cool though.
Just something to note, you want to use a heavy degreaser when cleaning your chain, You want to also inspect the chain at that time for damage or excessive signs of wear and tear followed by relubricating your chain in a moderate weight grease as to not have grease flying off under normal use. And for god's sake... DO NOT USE OIL!!! Grease and oil are different things for a reason. A heavy grease wil stay on the chain while an oil will make nothing but a wet mess over EVERYTHING you just cleaned...
I wonder if the copyright on phone holder has run out ,so other companies can use the product. I bought same phone clamp setup in 2018 for $12 NZD, still use it but comes with spring loaded hook to connect to air vent.
Which bike gadget would you find most useful?
The lights were awesome ❤
@@stateyruler2Yeah
I love your videos
Multi tool or the slime. Depending on how the bike rides with the slime in the tube?
Idk
13:40 Pretty Carbon Huh, that was an unexpected pretty cool alternate word.
Pretty clean huh
Phone holder is pretty cool👍
The police siren was cool👍👍👍👍

It is illegal to have red and blue lights and police sirens on a bike it’s even more illegal if you got any decals that say police😅
The timing on this video is insane! I received my new mountain bike today!!! Thank you very much for the ideas of the gadgets, perfect timing!

The multitool looks good

Plus there was hardly any pressure. If you pump it up to 40 psi it wouldn’t work.

@@netwrench6570 i call the slime tire invulnerability liquid
I've used Slime in bike tyres before, and I say it's miraculous! Never had a puncture while using it, ever.
Bike gear is always fun.
I’ve bought slime inner tubes before and they would just pop and spew slime everywhere.
❤

Me to !! I used this for many years on my motorbikes, never had a puncture, a really good product.
The led wheel light things are good but as a qualified puddle person I like going straight through puddles 💀💀
