This is absolutely outstanding! I'm speechless.. This really shows Damon just for who he is, and it's beautiful. For him to care, to even love (again -- after Katherine), it just means SO much. I wish Elena could see that no matter what he'll always take care of her and keep her safe. That he is the right one for her. Excellent job

i was never too impressed with ians acting. like compared to paul because i think hes pheonomenal, but at the beginning when he says " theres only so much hurt a man can take" he makes me feel terrible for him , ahgawd i love the salvatores!
