It's a compilation
For a little bit the channel called Jerome Movies(or maybe JeromeASF Movies) posted these "movies" which were compilations like this one. I assume that channel was a trial run to see if they did any good, and they seemed to do well. I've enjoyed them, since it gives me a chance to watch a bunch of the classic hilarious moments again.
It seems common amongst a few RUclipsrs that I watch

I would play this game but ssundee already found a way to cheat that cant be stopped regardless what fhe devs do
Wind kinda makes the ruler useless, you can still guesstimate it but it makes it harder and more inconvenient.
The “rule of 86” is basically the same as the ruler just less precise which a lot of people use but again adding wind makes it harder to gauge
