Catch moon ... splat ... can't remember chamber but it's the high damage one... with a riven I got for it (first ever kit gun riven decription) with 235%damage and plus to magazine ... called it the flying sand hawk ...
I preferred faster loading magazine with the better crit possible on tombfinger and rattleguts, as i would reload even after two-three shots, depending on the situation (i really don't like letting any magazine go empty at all) Also, for how good is the catchmoon shot, it really is short-ranged, a bit too much for my taste
Part of the problem with the "best in slot" zaws is that some of them need Plague parts that you can't get outside of the Plague Star event (much to many people's annoyance because they're stupidly strong). Potato DID make an older zaw video when they first came out, but i'd highly encourage you to build a zaw according to the kind of weapon you'd be happiest running. Worse comes to worse, check out Semlar's website; the rivens are down, but the zaw/kitgun builder is still up.
Zaw builders are certainly helpful. For links you want to generally use the extremely biased ones, either full crit or full status. Beyond that just kinda balance the damage/attack speed of the parts so you don't have a weapon that's painfully slow or something. Beyond that just make some weapon types that you like. Possibly biased towards a Riven if you have a decent one for the Zaw.
Hope this is ok with tac potato... Best zaw I ran across is H3dsh0t's "pointed stick". Hybrid builds (and then condition overload + blood rush) are extremely powerful. Brozime made a vid about a zaw scythe which seems very good too, but I love polearms.
@@Runegrace I personally tended to run every zaw at the .8 to 0.867 attack speed and let primed fury make up the rest, the 0.65 speed was to slow even for me. as to stats, I built every strike in game to fit a situation where there was no existing weapon (exception with polearms/staves/daggers because the zaws blew the competition out of the water so they went more hybrid) mostly it tended towards a 14 crit 25 status builds (enough to hit 2.5x 100% crit with blood rush n true steel for a good status build) or 32 crit, 10 status (monster crit scaling)

Greetings el Tatetorro I use the same combinations that you were using on stream/in your videos as I am usually just a lazy fecker that just takes whatever my favorite youtuber provides me with. Regarding the damage dealing warframes (and in damage dealing, we of course only talk about the amount of times a frame melts a target in normal day missions) 1.) Waltzing Mesa (point at target, target dead in mere miliseconds) 2.) Stealthy Octavia (with option for partitioned mallet) with a Scoliac for some not-so gently whipped grineer arses 3.) Lady Saryn, our poison ivy, which just wreaks havoc to all the poor little onslaught nontheless as my honorable mentions i'd like to point out that 4.) Excalibur umBro can easily snipe down index enemies up to level ~280ish (60-minute mark) without you having to touch a single button (besides not going into AFK) 5.) I've seen some terrible high damage numbers from my colleagues Baruuk 6.) Gara's 2 + Shattering her 4 also makes her the number one damage dealer in all my defense arbitrations through the stat-buffs to her shard shield Now I could probably go on and on and on, Equinox is not on the list and she's absolutely ridiculous as well, but you were asking for favorites, right ? Right ? And I'm just personally not clever enough to play Equinox at all. Maybe I'll give her some thorough lovin' if her prime arrives next week. Edit : My Rattleguts is called "Nuclear Penguin" My Catchmoon "Catch me if you can" My Gaze I called "ATOMOS PRIME" just to feck with everyone who's actually looking at weapon loadouts.
Nah, I got a rattleguts that I named Rusty Nailgun. I colored it to look like a power tool from Lowe's with orange projectiles. It ain't a powerhouse, but it does its job
I have all the three builds you mentioned here, except my Rattleguts grip is the Lovetap, for max deeps. My Rattleguts build is named "Solaris Cutter" because it looks like the Dead Space Plasma Cutter, but it's made in Solaris United. I got a riven for my Catchmoon, so I'm mostly using that nowadays. I named my Catchmoon "Kindness." I named my Tombfinger "Rude Marelok" because it has almost the same stats as the Vaykor Marelok, but it's made by Rude Zuud. I made a second Rattleguts kitgun that has stats closer to the Akstiletto Prime, and so I named that one the "Rude Stiletto."
I used the setup you initially talked about. I named it aunt slappy lol. Definitely hits hard and very satisfying playing around with builds to see what works looking for a good setup to help with the profit taker missions
I've been using a pure status Rattleguts lately called "Jimmy Rustler". It uses the Rattleguts chamber, Lovetap grip, and Flutterfire loader, and is mainly built to spread status around on enemies for the purpose of cutting large chunks of health down with a condition overload Falcor. It feels awesome when you get five or six statuses on a Nox before you throw the Falcor at him, and then he gets a quick one-two punch from the glaive hitting him followed by the AoE electricity explosion. The Jimmy Rustler doesn't scale crit, so it's not exactly meta, but it works so well with the Falcor that I don't really care. It's just a ton of fun to play with.
Just a comment on your fashion: I love how you have incorporated Hildryn's syandana into so many frames aesthetically. I love the look and started experimenting with putting it on my Inaros, Chroma Prime, and others, and so far it has looked so good. The fact it's basically a jet engine/energy vent instead of a cloth drape is interesting and really it doesn't even conflict very much with Umbra Excal either.
My favorite Kitgun is a Catchmoon called little sun (because it is heat based and looking at the damage it seems to shoot suns aswell lol). My first Kitgun was a rattleguts called "time of dying" (the name of the song I was listening to while naming it and I am lazy with names) with lovetap and slapneedle, it doesn't hit the 100% crit but it has a better status chance which feels pretty good IMO and also I could build it earlier that way. I have 2 other rattleguts both with the ramble champer but those 2 are rather meme weapons, yes they kill stuff but the main point is they have quite some dakka because I modded them for some firerate :D I built my Gaze "Ray of Sunshine" (I had to get debt bonds from ticket to gild it :D) out of Splat and Haymaker, hits pretty hard but I rarely use it even tho my riven is pretty decent. Last but not least my Tombfinger "tiny sting" who kills stuff like it was a pretty hefty one with my CC/CD riven lol. I made it from killstream and Haymaker. All in all Haymaker is the best grip except for the rattleguts where it feels way too slow IMO. My status rattleguts with a maim on it shreds through lvl100 heavy gunners surprisingly well too but you need pax charge :D
I adore my Haymaker/Tombfinger/(I forgot which part I used) kit, and I'd built it just when Mesa prime was announced so I named it Akjagara Prime. Those few seconds that it took for most people to realize I was fucking with them were absolute gold, but the folks who had no idea what kitguns were and that you could custom-name them were so much more fun.
Handcannon: Tombfinger + Splat + Haymaker. I made it my main kitgun ever since I got a riven with both 200% raw damage and 139% crit chance. I named it after Quite Shallow's video and Resident Evil 4. Catchmoon Haymaker: Catchmoon + Killstream + Haymaker. Not the most original of names but I love the "haymaker" word. That moment when a door opens and lots of mobs pour out of it and one shot from this baby sends them all back flying is priceless.
I've got 2, a tombfinger with splat loader and haymaker grip, using pax seeker, named "A Girl Named Tex" and a catchmoon with stitch and lovetap, using pax bolt, named "Even The Odd Found Love"
on kitguns it's rattleguts as my main use, the rest I have one issue with or another (mainly i get bored of clicking constantly) "damage dealing" is situational sustained: saryn/volt/banshee/nova LoS octavia/mesa(except vs bosses) build: then burst equinox LoS ash/nidus/gara (nyx to a lesser extent due to unreliable AI) aimed: chroma/titania/mag/daylight-mirage
Can't deny the power of a good Catchmoon or Tombfinger kitgun; but I personally have the most fun with a Rattleguts made for maximum fire rate and magazine capacity. Rattleguts: Gatling Laser Pocket Tombfinger: Simulant Sleeper (Due to its resemblance to the Destiny 2 Sleeper Simulant in appearance) Catchmoon: Gamma Gun (Looks like the Gamma Gun in Fallout 4, though it does heat damage rather than radiation) I'm experimenting with a Rattleguts using the Haymaker grip too, at the moment.
I have not built one kitgun yet because I was waiting for a video like this. Doing a bunch of math to figure out how to overkill fish in a barrel isn't very appealing to me. An easy to follow video though? Thank you for doing this vid I truly do appreciate it.
I went with DnD spell references: Catchmoon - Prismatic Spray (I use this one the most) Tombfinger - Trueshot Rattleguts - Meteor Swarm (My most powerful feeling one) Gaze - Scorching Ray My Zaws are all Major Arcana from a deck of Tarot cards. Don't feel like listing them though.
I wasn't big on Kitguns until I built my Rattleguts-Ramble-Splat. It's not in the top three for Rattle DPS but I just can't say no to fast spray 'n' pray secondaries and THAT FRICKIN' SLICK RELOAD ANIMATION. Named it "Aequitas" because I. Bring. The. Justice.
that DPS chart is bullshit because it doesnt take into account the most important part of enemies: ARMOR. I built 2 rattleguts and personally formad both 3 times. So I had same mods on both and the difference between the two was literally ramble vs lovetap. I can confidently say that the ramble won against armored enemies. And what are the hardest enemies in warframe? That's right, the corrupted grineer. Ramble is better than Lovetap, which is better than Haymaker. Gibber, I haven't tested.
Got myself the: "Fireworks" - Catchmoon, lovetap and splat and the "Sod off" - tombfinger, lovetap and splat As for damage frames, can't go wrong with Equinox, Saryn and Volt tbh
Unofficial addendum for you all...if you are a Mirage main, the catchmoon is stupidly powerful in conjunction with Hall of Mirrors (use Pax Seeker for this setup). The Rattleguts is the all-rounder, good at every task. It's the absolute best kitgun if combined with an armor-stripping frame such as Mag (Use Pax Bolt with mag to make your next polarize even more powerful) or Saryn (anything other than Soar for this one).
The Catchmoon I use has Zipneedle and Haymaker as its loader and grip respectively since the idea is that I'd pair it up with Pax Charge which leaves me in my possession, a Mini Arca Plasmor that requires no reloading.
To be honest, valkyr has always been my go-to raw damage frame. It has great survivability and her hysteria can wreck bosses and enemies up to level 100 in a heartbeat (I haven't seen many enemies above that level yet)
My kitgun of choice is a catchmoon (called Phlegm cause I was sick when I made it). Its Catchmoon/Splat/Haymaker, and its also the only kitgun I don't have a riven for.
Catchmoon - Arca Mini Tombfinger - Make It Boom Rattleguts - Lots Of Dakka Gaze - Rainbow Of Death As for the frames, aside from trio of obvious map nuking frames like Saryn, Volt and Equinox, there're Mesa, Gara and Mag.
Named my Rattleguts "Brrrt" with Gibber and Bellows. As for DPS frame, I always go back to Volt, he's just such a swiss army knife with his speed boosting gunblades and glaive style, his shield complimenting both of those especially with the extra crit damage along with the fact its indestructible and quite servicable in defense, and his 4, in a large group, growing power aura, energy conversion mod, and a full charged passive, it's more than effective. I still need to learn how his 4 and 1 synergize together since I've heard that's possible so many times.
Catchmoon: Ruby Bullet (weapon that looks similar from a game called Phantasy Star: Online) and of course it's energy color is Red :) Tombfinger: Sun Burst Rattleguts: Vulcan
Best tombfinger combo actually shares crit AND status. Now why? Because it hits multiple times, with both multishot mods you are hitting 10 odd times on a target, each time can proc this means if you add on tons of corrosive you can armor strip pretty well, my tombfinger can strip a level100 corrupted heavy gunner in just 6-7shots fairly consistently, obviously it doesnt last that long with damage and crit mods on but it proves the point. Source: i have 4 different tombfingers since i love how good it is, a slow high damage crit bad, a slow high damage hybrid base, a slow high damage status based and a fast low damage hybrid based. Best gun was the slow high damage hybrid
Again with the rattleguts i have 2 a crit based and a status based both low like 7fire rate. The status kills level100s and above faster. Seems like you were lazy and just named crit kitguns
Can't say I agree about status kitkuns feeling bad. All of my kitguns so far have been status based. A gas catchmoon creates HUGE gas procs and is very satisfying to use, and you can mod it for corrosive to armor strip from crowds quite easily as well while still dealing large amounts of damage. I'm using max damage, lowest fire rate for my status catchmoon and it's called the One Inch Punch. A slightly faster version is called Foo dog fury, and I still have to test the fastest variant but I feel like it's gonna be better for stripping armor.
My Kitguns are named as follows. Gaze upon my Haymaker Slap Phaser Mk1- Catchmoon Automag - Tombfinger Lawgivwer - Rattleguts My Rattle guts has an insane multishot riven and I'm working on making it a crit monster. My Catchmoon has damage of 20,000+ per shot thanks to its riven and I might be able to tweak it higher. I need to go back and look at my gaze riven as I think I was going to reroll it.
Catchmoon - Bulgroz Emirp (See Spirou & Fantasio comics > "Z comme Zorglub", lots of fun to read) Tombfinger - Knack Rattleguts - Dakadakadaka Prime Don't have the Gaze chamber for now, I thought it could be fun to slap lots of status and firerate and combine it with a CO + throwing glaive combo or just to have a pocket Synapse
Edit: BTW TP, the catchmoon also doesn't work with volts shield, it just bounces. Thought you might want to know I use a crit built catchmoon, using the catchmoon, haymaker and splat clip with the pax seeker arcane. It's not unusual with my riven (total crit over 145%), to see 6 digit multiple orange and red crits per shot, I named mine Mike Tyson, because it's the KO king in my arsenal. But should have named it the pipecleaner, because it blows out pipes, doorways anything narrow. I admit it, i'm cheap. I won't pay the plat, for the name change.
Idk why but I dragged some music tempo reference for my kitguns ... Radiant Pentatonic - Tombfinger hybrid, have a nice riven for it, still rerolling for crits, Energio prestissimo - Rattleguts status + fire rate (with riven, literally burnt the clip in 4 seconds xD), Brio Lento - Catchmoon crit build, and a slow loader too, fitting name ~
I've made four Kitguns, one for each chamber type. I love all of them and honestly can't bring myself to run any other secondary lately. Their names are music references: Vengeful One: Tombfinger/Bashrack/Haymaker Moonlapse Vertigo: Catchmoon/Slap/Haymaker Stream of Consciousness: Gaze/Swiftfire/Lovetap Creeping Death:Rattleguts/Bellows/Ramble Yes, I know. Not crit loaders, what heresy. But I find them extremely fun and sufficiently strong even if they're not optimal. I already got a +200% damage +120% multishot +80% Cold riven on my Gaze, I wish I got one for my Rattleguts too.
I built a gaze called "Da Boom Beem" with a riven that allowed me to obtain 100% status. Stacked as many elemental types, slapped on Pax Charge, and began using it to near instantly prime beefy targets for my Condition Overload zaw.
I also made my kitgun using the Rattleguts+Haymaker components, think it was due to at the time wanting something like the Stubba but without the plat cost or trying to get the BP for it.
Funny thing is my plan was to completely have all 4 kit guns with god or at least semi god rivens on it. I’ve only managed 3/4 though as I haven’t built rattleguts sadly. But my top 3 are the following in order from strongest to weakest 1. Flames of the succubus (gaze) 2. Nevermore (tombfinger) 3. Godkiller (catchmoon) I know catchmoon should be the 1st but the riven I have for it isn’t as good as my other, as some rivens have the capability to make a corrosive/radiation combo. My best riven is for my gaze (cc cd) so that’s why it’s my strongest. Tombfingers got a decent riven (dmg cd mg -reload) leaving my catchmoon the weakest (dmg cd imp -reload) I might invest in the rattleguts sometime in the future Edit: my favorite dmg frame is ash. His bladestorm can wreck a lvl 160 with armor. Endgame material for other things like seeking shirking, invisibility, and covert lethality. Great frame
I needed something gild on Nightwave challenge and I wasn't high ranked on Fortuna, so I slapped together Gaze-Bashrack-Ramble kitgun. It's called Zuum. I kinda wish earlier kitgun parts were more used in these types of videos.
Currently working up the moxie to slap my first kitgun together after getting a decent Rattleguts riven (can't remember the stats, but I liked the look of it at the time!). It's just slogging along for that last bit... But, as per tradition, it'd probably end up being 'Avon Calling'. I forget why, just something I've always done when I can name guns.
At the moment I have a Catchmoon called "Catchmoon Outside" and a Tombfinger called "Doom Finger". Personally I love the Catchmoon and I got lucky with a riven from Lotus gifts. Riven is 76.5% Heat, 199.9% damage, 119.3% multishot, -66.1% status. I overcome the status with 2 60/60 mods and just set it up for wherever I am going. Hits like a truck and is a blast down hallways.
Rather than the tree incredible kitgun combinations, I prefer my bush incredible kitgun combination. Shrubbery is underrated. My personal go to is catchmoon, love tap, and the swiftfire. Combine that with a solid riven and pax charge and you have a (relatively) rapid-fire, high-powered, crowd-wiping machine. I named it “Enrai” which is written in Japanese with the characters 円 (circle) and 雷 (lightning/thunder) because it looks like it shoots a big ring of lightning.
I use Tombfinger/Haymaker/Splat; it's a glorious murderbeast. And on top of that, I've been fortunate enough to have acquired a decent Riven for it So, going from the name "Tombfinger" I felt inspired to name mine the Hand of Glory. A Hand of Glory is a magical item made from the severed, pickled hand of a dead man. It's said that if you make a candle with the hanged man's fat for the tallow and his hair for the wick, and put the candle in the Hand, it will give light only to the one who carries the Hand.
I carry a kitgun called "gravedigger" and it's tombfinger+haymaker+splat like your proclaimer...but I got a riven for it and with double resource weekend, I rerolled it. +224.1% damage +126.9% multishot It is...alarmingly powerful
I think Frost has been underrated as a damage dealing warframe for a while. Avalanche can absolutely wreck even Sortie level enemies, but it all depends on range/enemy density. Ash's Bladestorm is also underrated for single target murder, the lack of room clearing potential (or rather the high setup time to do so) puts him in the same category as Saryn and Garuda for me, where the result is undeniable, but you'd get better results with: A low-ish duration, max-range, max-str Volt is curently my highest area high-damage dealing frame of choice. Ideally you want the duration low enough that the ability has expired by the time you're recasting so everyone gets a fresh application, and remember his passive reduces time taken until the ability starts dealing self-damage. Max-range a must.
“My first baby” The lovetap grip, splat loader, and a catchmoon chamber with a riven that adds 120.3% critchance, 36.9% fuck corpus, and 83.9% multishot. Weapon stats are about 120% critchance and over 70% status :)
I've been enjoying my Tombfinger kitgun: Solipso's Fury. With the Lovetap grip and Splat loader, it has great crit and performs almost exactly like yours does. I lucked out with a riven, though, and it has punchthrough capable of taking on groups of enemies at once, putting a lot of satisfying yellow and orange numbers out on a good shot into a group. By all means, you should try putting punchthrough on weapons. The results are typically fantastic!
Have built two catchmoons, first was haymaker/killstream, second was haymaker/splat. Decided I liked the larger ammo pool to faster reload. Oh yeah, first catchmoon was Grey Matter Splatter, second I use for Index with Revenant (not soley) so it's the Revenant Hand Cannon.
My slap, lovetap, rattleguts kitgun has become my best secondary to use in nearly every situation. And I called it the Yeetus. Its just stupid powerful
I use the same tombfinger build as you, Potato. Mine is named Don't Roll a 1. A reference to warhammer 40K plasma pistols that can kill you if you roll a 1
Awesome. I was hoping to find a good build for gaze. I wound up with a riven for it, so rather than bitching about it, I may try and build a kitgun for it.
I made a Tombfinger with a haymaker grip and a killstream loader. It's name is A Back-Handed Slap. I also made a Catchmoon with the same parts and name it Arca Smol.
"Gaze Rights" Gaze + Gibber + Killstream with Gaze Critacak riven (+134% Puncture, +189% Critical Chance, -44% Status Duration). Straight-up melts even the strongest enemies. Add Hydraulic Crosshairs for exclusively orange and red crits of 3-6k dmg per tick. Considering 19.2 damage ticks per second, that's a lot of dmg.
Seeker and Tombfinger (raging judge) make a dreadfull combo, but almost no content requires a much fire power. My 'Lil plasmor' is catchmoon-haymaker-splat and makes u able to kill almost anything without targeting much, no brainer gun. With the other 2 u have to think a little more but room clearing comes specially from the pax seeker.
Rattlguts - Gibber - Splat with a MS/FR riven named MAXIMUM DAKKA Tombfinger - Haymaker - Splat named Vash (the stampede) Catchmoon - Gibber - Splat named Arca Plas-less (accidentally built with gibber but it's still fun to throw literal walls of projectiles downrange)
I'm using the Rattleguts with lovetap and splat. I have a really great riven for it. I'm absolutely loving it, easily my best weapon right now. The Pax Seeker is really fun, so I'm using that with it
I haven't made any sort of kitgun or zaw yet, the system is daunting and the grind is awkward to approach. It's like looking at a weird alien ikea but the instruction manuals are also translated from klingon by google translate.
My go to "Pimp Slapper". Catchmoon (With sweet riven). My rattleguts "Industrial staplegun" And my tombfinger is "Stinkfinger" All max crit based. All very powerful.
Same exact ones as me. Catchmoon is called: Arca Yeetmor Rattleguts is called Rattle-These-Guts and tombfinger is just called critfinger cause I did a status one also called statusfinger lol
Duke of Hazzard (named by my little bro)- Gaze, Flutterfire, Gibber. The "status" weapon of my kitguns. The Rat King- Rattleguts, Killstream, Haymaker. Tombstone- Tombfinger, Splat, Haymaker. The Oracle- Catchmoon, Splat, Haymaker. My personal favorite.
My Kitgun: Chernobyl Finger (because of the radiation and tombfinger) Grip: Haymaker Chamber: Tombfinger: Loader: Splat Alsom riven for +88% crit damage and +122% multishot
A quick CORRECTION my rattleguts loader, its the splat not killstream also the splat is Doer rank with solaris united
Catch moon ... splat ... can't remember chamber but it's the high damage one... with a riven I got for it (first ever kit gun riven decription) with 235%damage and plus to magazine ... called it the flying sand hawk ...
Stream vote ... that's why I love his streams
I preferred faster loading magazine with the better crit possible on tombfinger and rattleguts, as i would reload even after two-three shots, depending on the situation (i really don't like letting any magazine go empty at all)
Also, for how good is the catchmoon shot, it really is short-ranged, a bit too much for my taste
The Splat is COve rank in solaris

can you do one for zaws? I dont know what to build for them.
Check his older videos, he went over them a long time ago.
@@Runegrace
I personally tended to run every zaw at the .8 to 0.867 attack speed and let primed fury make up the rest, the 0.65 speed was to slow even for me.
as to stats, I built every strike in game to fit a situation where there was no existing weapon (exception with polearms/staves/daggers because the zaws blew the competition out of the water so they went more hybrid)
mostly it tended towards a 14 crit 25 status builds (enough to hit 2.5x 100% crit with blood rush n true steel for a good status build) or 32 crit, 10 status (monster crit scaling)
I love how you never upped your self-esteem.

6.) Gara's 2 + Shattering her 4 also makes her the number one damage dealer in all my defense arbitrations through the stat-buffs to her shard shield
Now I could probably go on and on and on, Equinox is not on the list and she's absolutely ridiculous as well, but you were asking for favorites, right ? Right ?
And I'm just personally not clever enough to play Equinox at all. Maybe I'll give her some thorough lovin' if her prime arrives next week.
Edit :
My Rattleguts is called "Nuclear Penguin"
My Catchmoon "Catch me if you can"
My Gaze I called "ATOMOS PRIME" just to feck with everyone who's actually looking at weapon loadouts.
I was uncertain which parts make a good Kitgun but now I have some ideas. Thanks alot!
Catchmoon - "I Just Crit My Pants"
Rattleguts - "DeWALT Cordless Jigsaw
Tombfinger - "Hold Still Dammit"
Gaze - "Pee Filled Super Soaker"
HA, a like minded person. My Tombfinger is DeWALT Heavy Nailgun
What a man of culture.
"hellu, potato powered herrr"
Honestly at this point, i don't build kitguns for power, rather for fun. lol
Is this weird? anyway, good vid man.
Nah you're normal 😂
Nah, I got a rattleguts that I named Rusty Nailgun. I colored it to look like a power tool from Lowe's with orange projectiles. It ain't a powerhouse, but it does its job
Meanwhile me, trying to get a kitgun at mastery rank 5
I have all the three builds you mentioned here, except my Rattleguts grip is the Lovetap, for max deeps. My Rattleguts build is named "Solaris Cutter" because it looks like the Dead Space Plasma Cutter, but it's made in Solaris United.
I got a riven for my Catchmoon, so I'm mostly using that nowadays. I named my Catchmoon "Kindness."
I named my Tombfinger "Rude Marelok" because it has almost the same stats as the Vaykor Marelok, but it's made by Rude Zuud. I made a second Rattleguts kitgun that has stats closer to the Akstiletto Prime, and so I named that one the "Rude Stiletto."
Rattleguts doesnt look like cutter but like the front end of Spear gun from Deadspace ...
I've been doing the same with the glaive prime. Slash procs are more my cup of tea
1:39 Tombfinger,splat, haymaker
4:27 Rattlegutts, killstream, haymaker (meta during the time of video lovetap, splat)
7:02 Catchmoon, splat, lovetap
tombfinger: 1:38
rattleguts: 4:26
catchmoon: 7:05
gaze (kinda): 8:44
Just a comment on your fashion: I love how you have incorporated Hildryn's syandana into so many frames aesthetically. I love the look and started experimenting with putting it on my Inaros, Chroma Prime, and others, and so far it has looked so good. The fact it's basically a jet engine/energy vent instead of a cloth drape is interesting and really it doesn't even conflict very much with Umbra Excal either.
Was waiting a long time for this video
Running a Rattleguts, Swiftfire, Haymaker called Nailer, love that with a little trigger discipline it can single shot or hose down enemies
I have 2 other rattleguts both with the ramble champer but those 2 are rather meme weapons, yes they kill stuff but the main point is they have quite some dakka because I modded them for some firerate :D
I built my Gaze "Ray of Sunshine" (I had to get debt bonds from ticket to gild it :D) out of Splat and Haymaker, hits pretty hard but I rarely use it even tho my riven is pretty decent.
I've got 2,
a tombfinger with splat loader and haymaker grip, using pax seeker, named "A Girl Named Tex"
and a catchmoon with stitch and lovetap, using pax bolt, named "Even The Odd Found Love"
Catchmoon: Cream, with the energy colored purple to emulate Vanilla Ice's stand
Tombfinger: Kancho
Rattleguts: Auto-Crucifier
Gaze: Helter Smelter
on kitguns it's rattleguts as my main use, the rest I have one issue with or another (mainly i get bored of clicking constantly)
"damage dealing" is situational
sustained: saryn/volt/banshee/nova LoS octavia/mesa(except vs bosses)
build: then burst equinox LoS ash/nidus/gara (nyx to a lesser extent due to unreliable AI)
aimed: chroma/titania/mag/daylight-mirage
Can't deny the power of a good Catchmoon or Tombfinger kitgun; but I personally have the most fun with a Rattleguts made for maximum fire rate and magazine capacity.
Rattleguts: Gatling Laser Pocket
Tombfinger: Simulant Sleeper (Due to its resemblance to the Destiny 2 Sleeper Simulant in appearance)
Catchmoon: Gamma Gun (Looks like the Gamma Gun in Fallout 4, though it does heat damage rather than radiation)
I'm experimenting with a Rattleguts using the Haymaker grip too, at the moment.
I have not built one kitgun yet because I was waiting for a video like this. Doing a bunch of math to figure out how to overkill fish in a barrel isn't very appealing to me. An easy to follow video though? Thank you for doing this vid I truly do appreciate it.
I went with DnD spell references:
Catchmoon - Prismatic Spray (I use this one the most)
Tombfinger - Trueshot
Rattleguts - Meteor Swarm (My most powerful feeling one)
Gaze - Scorching Ray
My Zaws are all Major Arcana from a deck of Tarot cards.
Got myself the:
"Fireworks" - Catchmoon, lovetap and splat and the "Sod off" - tombfinger, lovetap and splat
As for damage frames, can't go wrong with Equinox, Saryn and Volt tbh
Unofficial addendum for you all...if you are a Mirage main, the catchmoon is stupidly powerful in conjunction with Hall of Mirrors (use Pax Seeker for this setup). The Rattleguts is the all-rounder, good at every task. It's the absolute best kitgun if combined with an armor-stripping frame such as Mag (Use Pax Bolt with mag to make your next polarize even more powerful) or Saryn (anything other than Soar for this one).
Does the Receding Hairline cause an automatic Radial Blind when used?
SignoftheMagi This deserves more likes
My go to kitgun is a Rattleguts/Splat/Haymaker with Pax Seeker. It's called Plop because that's what my friends said it sounded like when firing.
The Catchmoon I use has Zipneedle and Haymaker as its loader and grip respectively since the idea is that I'd pair it up with Pax Charge which leaves me in my possession, a Mini Arca Plasmor that requires no reloading.
I run with rattleguts, lovetap, splat, i use anemic agility, arcane velocity, and pax charge. I call it AAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH!!
To be honest, valkyr has always been my go-to raw damage frame. It has great survivability and her hysteria can wreck bosses and enemies up to level 100 in a heartbeat (I haven't seen many enemies above that level yet)
everything "Max", self esteem "0" lol...
Its has 0 in its self steem , its also has a smol one
load blower: tombfinger w splat and haymaker
firing blanks: rattleguts w lovetap and killstream
love them to bits
My kitgun of choice is a catchmoon (called Phlegm cause I was sick when I made it). Its Catchmoon/Splat/Haymaker, and its also the only kitgun I don't have a riven for.
I named my beautiful tombfinger, haymaker, splat with it’s glorious and beautiful Visican with -zoom “Itallic Characters”
It is smex.
Catchmoon - Arca Mini
Tombfinger - Make It Boom
Rattleguts - Lots Of Dakka
Gaze - Rainbow Of Death
As for the frames, aside from trio of obvious map nuking frames like Saryn, Volt and Equinox, there're Mesa, Gara and Mag.
Catchmoon: Ruby Bullet (weapon that looks similar from a game called Phantasy Star: Online)
and of course it's energy color is Red :)
Tombfinger: Sun Burst
Rattleguts: Vulcan
I made a basic Tombfinger and called it Last Swan. I'll make another one and call it Master Raven lol
Lol i named my catchmoon *Vulcan*
I miss how terribly translated all the mission text was for that game, on PC.
Gaze upon my Haymaker Slap
Phaser Mk1- Catchmoon
Automag - Tombfinger
Lawgivwer - Rattleguts
My Rattle guts has an insane multishot riven and I'm working on making it a crit monster.
My Catchmoon has damage of 20,000+ per shot thanks to its riven and I might be able to tweak it higher.
I need to go back and look at my gaze riven as I think I was going to reroll it.
Catchmoon - Bulgroz Emirp (See Spirou & Fantasio comics > "Z comme Zorglub", lots of fun to read)
Tombfinger - Knack
Rattleguts - Dakadakadaka Prime
Don't have the Gaze chamber for now, I thought it could be fun to slap lots of status and firerate and combine it with a CO + throwing glaive combo or just to have a pocket Synapse
I built a status rattleguts for applying multiple ticking status effects to use with my plague saw with condition overload. I call it the “exfoliater”
Kitgun of choice:
Name: EXTINCTION
Chamber: Catchmoon
Loader: Splat
Grip: Haymaker
Rank 2 Pax Charge
The best thing about the tomb finger is how it launches enemies into space when you shoot their feet.
I got a Rattleguts riven from a sortie some time ago, so I'll definitely make use of that Receding Hairline
Edit: BTW TP, the catchmoon also doesn't work with volts shield, it just bounces. Thought you might want to know
I use a crit built catchmoon, using the catchmoon, haymaker and splat clip with the pax seeker arcane.
Okay but damn that editing is on point
That made my brain lag so much when I saw your Catchmoon has the same name as mine, also thanks for the video, it was very well made and interresting.
Idk why but I dragged some music tempo reference for my kitguns ...
Radiant Pentatonic - Tombfinger hybrid, have a nice riven for it, still rerolling for crits,
Energio prestissimo - Rattleguts status + fire rate (with riven, literally burnt the clip in 4 seconds xD),
Brio Lento - Catchmoon crit build, and a slow loader too, fitting name ~
The Golden Shower - Catchmoon, Killstream, Haymaker
I like how 2/3 of the gun is primarily Haymaker & Splat
I've made four Kitguns, one for each chamber type. I love all of them and honestly can't bring myself to run any other secondary lately.
Their names are music references:
Vengeful One: Tombfinger/Bashrack/Haymaker
Moonlapse Vertigo: Catchmoon/Slap/Haymaker
Stream of Consciousness: Gaze/Swiftfire/Lovetap
Creeping Death:Rattleguts/Bellows/Ramble
Yes, I know.
But my top 3 are the following in order from strongest to weakest
1. Flames of the succubus (gaze)
2. Nevermore (tombfinger)
3. Godkiller (catchmoon)
I know catchmoon should be the 1st but the riven I have for it isn’t as good as my other, as some rivens have the capability to make a corrosive/radiation combo. My best riven is for my gaze (cc cd) so that’s why it’s my strongest. Tombfingers got a decent riven (dmg cd mg -reload) leaving my catchmoon the weakest (dmg cd imp -reload) I might invest in the rattleguts sometime in the future
Edit: my favorite dmg frame is ash.
Love tap, splat, and tombfinger. Her name is Finger of the Mountain, based on a RUclips series by a crazy Aussie who plays games.
And on top of that, I've been fortunate enough to have acquired a decent Riven for it
So, going from the name "Tombfinger" I felt inspired to name mine the Hand of Glory.
+224.1% damage
+126.9% multishot
It is...alarmingly powerful
I have a riven that has
109.6% crit chance
93.8% puncture
61.2% heat
Pretty damn strong with a corrosive and radiation combo with 71% status chance
I think Frost has been underrated as a damage dealing warframe for a while. Avalanche can absolutely wreck even Sortie level enemies, but it all depends on range/enemy density.
Ash's Bladestorm is also underrated for single target murder, the lack of room clearing potential (or rather the high setup time to do so) puts him in the same category as Saryn and Garuda for me, where the result is undeniable, but you'd get better results with:
A low-ish duration, max-range, max-str Volt is curently my highest area high-damage dealing frame of choice. Ideally you want the duration low enough that the ability has expired by the time you're recasting so everyone gets a fresh application, and remember his passive reduces time taken until the ability starts dealing self-damage. Max-range a must.
I named my Catchmoon Kitgun Starburst because of the pretty burst of bright oranges and blues it makes
The results are typically fantastic!
the unraked Self Esteem at 2.02 cracked me up
Have built two catchmoons, first was haymaker/killstream, second was haymaker/splat. Decided I liked the larger ammo pool to faster reload. Oh yeah, first catchmoon was Grey Matter Splatter, second I use for Index with Revenant (not soley) so it's the Revenant Hand Cannon.
"My receding hairline is very strong". I'm dead, lmao.
Jokes aside rattle guts is my favorite as well, named it tec-9.
My slap, lovetap, rattleguts kitgun has become my best secondary to use in nearly every situation. And I called it the Yeetus. Its just stupid powerful
I use the same tombfinger build as you, Potato. Mine is named Don't Roll a 1. A reference to warhammer 40K plasma pistols that can kill you if you roll a 1
PFT , "Tree incredible kitguns"
I have a Rattlegutts as well. I named it Whippersnapper. I love that thing.
Rattlguts - Gibber - Splat with a MS/FR riven named MAXIMUM DAKKA
Tombfinger - Haymaker - Splat named Vash (the stampede)
Catchmoon - Gibber - Splat named Arca Plas-less (accidentally built with gibber but it's still fun to throw literal walls of projectiles downrange)
I'm using the Rattleguts with lovetap and splat. I have a really great riven for it. I'm absolutely loving it, easily my best weapon right now. The Pax Seeker is really fun, so I'm using that with it
Oh, and I named it Tenno Beretta. I'm not that creative
Going for your floofer build for sure. Looks like having Arca Plas as a secondary!
My rattleguts "Industrial staplegun"
And my tombfinger is "Stinkfinger"
All max crit based.
Good Intentions:
Rattleguts
Lovetap
Killstream
absolutely love it
made exact same Tombfinger 'splatterhouse' with pax seeker and it's so much fun.
My Catchmoon is named Neamhain, Tombfinger is Fuamnach and Gaze is Quark. All Haymaker+Splat.
Muh Tombfinger - Eulogy
Muh Catchmoon - Doom Shroom
Muh Rattleguts - Vallis Vanquisher
Muh Gaze - Beam Me Up
I made a Tombfinger-Killstream-Haymaker that I love with a passion. It is called the Grofiteer.
My Kitgun: Chernobyl Finger (because of the radiation and tombfinger)
Grip: Haymaker
Chamber: Tombfinger:
Loader: Splat
Alsom riven for +88% crit damage and +122% multishot
