Shaykh’s teachings 1 - Fight against Shaitan and your bad character. The heart is like a satellite 🛰. Open yours. The Shaykhs are like mountains ⛰- they are stable. You are (and should be) climbing their reality.
2 - The soul wants to return to God . Anger takes you away from that reality and towards the Devil. And his game is fierce. Don’t oppress the soul. Don’t be a slave to dunya 🌏 . Don’t get angry. Instead bring a light 💡 to that reality and bring down the naf. Pass the tests and get the rewards.
3 - You can’t control events, but can control how you react. Testing is hard. So Meditate and contemplate. Have a good character. Stay quiet, pray and receive from God. Dua of oppressed accepted. We Always winning with good character . Thank you Sayedi.

MashAllah Ya Sayeedi! Recently, I have felt anger and this shobhat is a timely gift! I have no authority over the circumstances of our hurt, or pain, and cause of my anger. We must control our response to the difficult circumstances that are written for us. Madad Ya Sayeedi, we are weak ones, oft returning to old bad habits of defending oneself with ego. To be nothing is more difficult than anticipated - Madad Ya Sayeedi, allow for us to be nothing.
