When I was younger I always noticed that the members would ALWAYS direct negative comments towards Josh and Josh only and honestly I think there's some type of racism behind it. Loads of there old videos have some dark sense of humor towards him and you can obviously tell he doesn't like it one bit. But they still decide to say it anyway, I remember an old video of Bose and Tiff getting on Josh bullying him. They even had a problem with the old article announcer.

I used to want friends like the JK crew but growing up and forming friendships like that and then real friendships with people who respect me made me realize what a toxic environment of constant comparison and anxiety the jk set was. It was like high school. If you were at the “bottom of the totem pole” like Julia or Josh (because you had anxiety or self esteem issues), etc, you probably felt like you would be attacked at any moment and felt pressured to act a certain way. It’s like a damn food chain lol I’m glad they got away from these “friendships”.

I’m so glad I stopped watching them years ago, whether it’s the main cast, recurring cast, or guest members they’re all just a bunch of bullies who associate with bullies (with few exceptions). Once I saw their opinions on certain topics (for the record everyone is entitled to their opinion, though that doesn’t mean it can’t be a stupid one) were steadily becoming very double standardish or just genuinely fucked up and cynical it was a major turn off for me from the channel, joking or not.

Thank you for speaking on this because no one else will. I completely stopped watching JK News 2 years ago. It honestly was a build up to everything I've seen them do online and their reaction and response to it. The fan base can also be very toxic when you dare to critique anything they do. The behavior is very reminiscent to Shane Dawson and David Dobrik fans falling over themselves to defend them. They are a relatively smaller channel now as they've lost viewers and its more than possible why they haven't been put on blast before. I appreciate you taking the time to put this series together because it really reminds us to be wary of the company we keep ❤

But they kept vlogging like briggy never ever existed for 6 months until they said something about her, and they forgot all about fawns ashes until the vet reminded them about her 6 months after she was put down. every time I see the drama and read or hear the alleged versions of what happened behind the scenes, I always think of that Dark Knight quote "You Either Die a Hero, or You Live Long Enough To See Yourself Become the Villain" What we see of onscreen personalities may be very different to what goes on behind the camera.

Speculation incoming. The only ones who were kind to Josh that I could recall were the nicer ones of JK, that being Casey, Byron, Brandon, and Julia. Those who exuded that dominant, bitchy attitudes were always bullying Josh because he was soft spoken and passive. Bart, Gina, Geo, Tiff, and especially Joe used him as a target. I used to hold respect for them, but seeing how they've regressed in quality it's a shame. I mean Gina now works for G4TV, defends woke shit like Frosk, and still maintains her bitch attitude. I first noticed the bullying when Badt specifically called Josh “dumb guy”..i think it was in van when they were on company vacation(maybe japan). I used to watch JK for about 5 years and I really learned a lot from them. Will always appreciate the value they provided. I do believe in treating people with respect and dignity though. I guess that’s how it feels when you idolize someone for a long time just to discover that they are also human beings with flaws. I wish healing for all of them!
There was one mafia game that was particularly bad and he looked like he was so ready to leave that room and just didn't want to play anymore. I mean, he put his card on the ground and made a beeline for the door. It was awful and made me stop watching them altogether. The only ones that ever really had his back were Julie and Byron.
tiff was not a saint either, but that doesn’t mean that JK didn’t do her dirty. There’s a reoccurring theme when it comes to how members of JK end up leaving and it usually end with it coming out that JK news is a toxic environment. It says a lot about the company at the end of the day, i’m glad i stopped watching years ago. Their company is literally dead, they get like 10k views a video 😭
I stopped watching JK years ago. I felt like it partially just wasn't my cup of tea anymore, but as the years went on I just got weird vibes from some of the cast and slowly stopped watching all together. It may seem like they are diverse and they very well could be behind scenes, but if you look at who they put as the faces of JK, he really does look like the token black friend. And if anything I feel like Gina and Tiff should've been the last people to respond to his comments in the situation.
I was just coming back to JK (especially JK Party for their Mafia videos) and I was wondering when and why I stopped watching them. Then I remembered that one mafia where Tiff went off. Lol
for me, it was also a mafia vid!! Particularly the one where Geo was mafia and Tommy was a civilian. Then Geo was extremely defensive, but also rude to Tommy and later Tiff.
This is a trip, for me. Staying off of social media and seeing all the stuff I've been seeing regarding jk and whatnot. It's pretty wild. I didn't even watch that one mafia with Tiff going off on Josh. I had stopped watching the JKP stuff cause it was getting a bit too cringey for me. On top of that, the mafia vids were always a bit too rough for me to watch, NOT because it was loud or whatever, aha. It just always felt off. Like a little malicious or something, ya know? It's kinda crazy watching all this and recollecting Josh's treatment on camera, alone. I'm a huge fan of David's podcast and his content and he's been the main/only person I've been watching from JK for a long time now. So I hope my tastes aren't supporting someone a bit twisted.

I grew outta watching them(and David So) around 15 because they just reeked of meanness even though they could be funny at times. Kinda wild to see how things have turned out.
They just got good at hiding thier Manipulative ways, with positivity. David especially is a pretty nasty person, if you seen the subreddit he apparently became obssessed with simu liu, so much so that he was ranting about shang chi in 2 videos. it upsetted hims so much that he gave up acting, and started mooching off timothy changterasu, in one of food videos that tim did, David was acting like karen about the food there.
For a group that prided themselves on the diversity they had as a company and as a media entity they were ALWAYS very racist, in addition to how toxic of a workplace they were
I could see in some of their JK Party video's that they treated Josh differently. Early video's you don't see it much at all, but as the channel progressed, it became increasingly cringy as they belittled him and made him look like an outcast. There was one that stood out, where Joe called Josh a "sack of sh1t" in a game of Ultimate Werewolf. You'd never call someone this unless you thought less of them.
You guys do realise we don't know Josh at all right? I can't even picture the guy drinking alcohol but I'm sure he has and does. We know personas these people crafted not the people themselves keep that in mind at the very least. Stay relaxed , it's normal to be interested but try to keep an unbiased head.. Entertaining video! It gives a glimpse of the 'shady side' of JK, but unfortunately quite biased and lots of speculation, all good though. Josh seems like a nice dude on cam, but behind this image there have been glimpses of him being incompetent, wishy washy or just a straight up a liar. His unpredictability in games was a huge hit and maybe was his only impactful contribution to JK, its why I loved him as he gave a weird 'spice' to things. The JK tough love type of relationship seemed to not go well with Josh's gentle personality, especially when JK and their circle tends to hate bullshit. JK is JK, a bunch of childish idiots with a gangster background that make a whole lot of stupid mistakes. But the fact is, they really did help Josh out a lot during his toughest times as well as other past members. I hope he's on the right path with people he can harmonize with now. Can't wait till your next JK video!
Although you have very valid points in the matter about how josh may have been shady behind the scenes, we'll never really know what exactly. I have seen tons of JK news, JK party, and many other channels. They bully the shit outta Josh and one episode they forced Josh to tell us that “he is bully” which is bullshit but if you watch from the beginning josh was silent type and nice and kept to himself. Look, I dont like Olivia's agenda here, however I really enjoyed Josh's unorthodox generation of comedy in JKP. I remember him doing several episodes of JKN which he did not suit, period. Also, Olivia just did describe Josh as the 'runt' of the pack. One things I will say is Joe and Bart never added enough Black guests to support Josh because Josh does not stand strong on his own when it comes to entertainment. Just look at the Careful boys segments currently airing.. each person holds their own and to a decent standard. Some guests can be Meh at times but they are generally of higher entertaining value than Josh ever was on his own!

Speculation incoming. The only ones who were kind to Josh that I could recall were the nicer ones of JK, that being Casey, Byron, Brandon, and Julia. Those who exuded that dominant, bitchy attitudes were always bullying Josh because he was soft spoken and passive. Bart, Gina, Geo, Tiff, and especially Joe used him as a target. I used to hold respect for them, but seeing how they've regressed in quality it's a shame. I mean Gina now works for G4TV, defends woke shit like Frosk, and still maintains her bitch attitude.
I was a long time fan of JK, stopped watching now for a few years, it's a shame to see or know what potentially may have happened off camera. Though, I'm not surprised that JK is not what they're used to be, the company is ran by ambious but broken people.

I first noticed the bullying when Badt specifically called Josh “dumb guy”..i think it was in van when they were on company vacation(maybe japan). I used to watch JK for about 5 years and I really learned a lot from them. Will always appreciate the value they provided. I do believe in treating people with respect and dignity though. I guess that’s how it feels when you idolize someone for a long time just to discover that they are also human beings with flaws. I wish healing for all of them!
Every mafia game they have him in he's either belittled or laughed at....it gets kinda uncomfortable
There was one mafia game that was particularly bad and he looked like he was so ready to leave that room and just didn't want to play anymore. I mean, he put his card on the ground and made a beeline for the door. It was awful and made me stop watching them altogether. The only ones that ever really had his back were Julie and Byron.
tiff was not a saint either, but that doesn’t mean that JK didn’t do her dirty. There’s a reoccurring theme when it comes to how members of JK end up leaving and it usually end with it coming out that JK news is a toxic environment. It says a lot about the company at the end of the day, i’m glad i stopped watching years ago. Their company is literally dead, they get like 10k views a video 😭

I stopped watching JK years ago. I felt like it partially just wasn't my cup of tea anymore, but as the years went on I just got weird vibes from some of the cast and slowly stopped watching all together. It may seem like they are diverse and they very well could be behind scenes, but if you look at who they put as the faces of JK, he really does look like the token black friend. And if anything I feel like Gina and Tiff should've been the last people to respond to his comments in the situation.
I was just coming back to JK (especially JK Party for their Mafia videos) and I was wondering when and why I stopped watching them. Then I remembered that one mafia where Tiff went off. Lol

This is a trip, for me. Staying off of social media and seeing all the stuff I've been seeing regarding jk and whatnot. It's pretty wild. I didn't even watch that one mafia with Tiff going off on Josh. I had stopped watching the JKP stuff cause it was getting a bit too cringey for me. On top of that, the mafia vids were always a bit too rough for me to watch, NOT because it was loud or whatever, aha. It just always felt off. Like a little malicious or something, ya know?
It's kinda crazy watching all this and recollecting Josh's treatment on camera, alone. I'm a huge fan of David's podcast and his content and he's been the main/only person I've been watching from JK for a long time now. So I hope my tastes aren't supporting someone a bit twisted.

I grew outta watching them(and David So) around 15 because they just reeked of meanness even though they could be funny at times. Kinda wild to see how things have turned out.
They just got good at hiding thier Manipulative ways, with positivity. David especially is a pretty nasty person, if you seen the subreddit he apparently became obssessed with simu liu, so much so that he was ranting about shang chi in 2 videos. it upsetted hims so much that he gave up acting, and started mooching off timothy changterasu, in one of food videos that tim did, David was acting like karen about the food there.
For a group that prided themselves on the diversity they had as a company and as a media entity they were ALWAYS very racist, in addition to how toxic of a workplace they were
I could see in some of their JK Party video's that they treated Josh differently. Early video's you don't see it much at all, but as the channel progressed, it became increasingly cringy as they belittled him and made him look like an outcast.
There was one that stood out, where Joe called Josh a "sack of sh1t" in a game of Ultimate Werewolf. You'd never call someone this unless you thought less of them.

Entertaining video! It gives a glimpse of the 'shady side' of JK, but unfortunately quite biased and lots of speculation, all good though. Josh seems like a nice dude on cam, but behind this image there have been glimpses of him being incompetent, wishy washy or just a straight up a liar. His unpredictability in games was a huge hit and maybe was his only impactful contribution to JK, its why I loved him as he gave a weird 'spice' to things. The JK tough love type of relationship seemed to not go well with Josh's gentle personality, especially when JK and their circle tends to hate bullshit. JK is JK, a bunch of childish idiots with a gangster background that make a whole lot of stupid mistakes. But the fact is, they really did help Josh out a lot during his toughest times as well as other past members. I hope he's on the right path with people he can harmonize with now. Can't wait till your next JK video!

I used to watch them for years. But I dislike how Joe and Bart would say some stuff about Hispanics and Geo and Tiff would brush them off or agree with them. I always felt that they sold themselves. Especially Tiff, Geo would agree with Joe and Bart and Tiff would agree with them. It seemed like they agreed because they wanted to be white washed. I could go on and on. I stopped watching when every single episode Joe would sat about snowflake this and snowflake that, and mostly because of his dog. In an episode he said something that rub me the wrong way about his dog.
I stopped following them a couple years ago because the more i was watching the more I got a weird feeling about them. They were literally bullying Josh and using “humour” as an excuse. Look, I dont like Olivia's agenda here, however I really enjoyed Josh's unorthodox generation of comedy in JKP.
I remember him doing several episodes of JKN which he did not suit, period.
Also, Olivia just did describe Josh as the 'runt' of the pack.
One things I will say is Joe and Bart never added enough Black guests to support Josh because Josh does not stand strong on his own when it comes to entertainment. Just look at the Careful boys segments currently airing.. each person holds their own and to a decent standard. Some guests can be Meh at times but they are generally of higher entertaining value than Josh ever was on his own!
