30fps looks smooth. 24fps juddery and 60fps smooth. iPad mini 2 with 60Hz refresh rate. At first I thought 60fps looked smoother than 30, but after a while I wouldn't bet on it.
using my monitor at 120hz i only see judder in 4k doesnt matter the frame rate BUT my pc is far capable of playing it, very strange... (ryzen 3600 and rx 6700 xt)
compared to 24fps, 30 in more enjoyable. 5, 7 sec is too fast, around 12 sec is almost good, and as you go slower is improving.Let's go and see your 60p now
This test is not exactly correct for one reason - the picture is relatively flat. Add something like brightly lit pillar into the fame - oh, man, we will be beyond surprised. It will strobe like hell, producing all sorts of uneven contours while flashing across the frame -- even while being careful and keeping the rate within the proverbial 7sec per screen.
