Just a PSA: You can avoid both RDC and King's Bridge by spamming 1+2 on the first break after the initial grab. Spamming 2 only gets you out of the second break of RDC. King's Bridge has no second break, and is guaranteed if you miss the 1+2 break after the initial grab. (The grab itself is a guess between either 1 or 2.)
