When measuring exercise intensity, the measurement stops every 10 to 20 minutes for intense exercises such as Muay Thai.
Heart rate measurement does not seem to have much meaning if you are not a patient.
Measuring stress doesn't seem to work well. Regardless of good or bad mood, it fluctuates
Sleep measurement served as a reference for improving sleep quality. I changed my bedding, environment, eating habits, everything for earning sleep score.
However, the days when my sleep score was highest were when I exercised a lot the day before or caught cold.
Step count measurement works well.
I use it well as a morning alarm and nap alarm.
The fit is lightweight.
