"We Investigate Mysteries of DNA"

The film "We Investigate Mysteries of DNA" is an approximately 20-minute popular science film.
It is intended for older school children.
Discusses DNA research conducted at our Institute of Nuclear Physics
of the Polish Academy of Sciences
It concisely talks about the discovery of the structure of DNA,
and how DNA carries genetic information.
We learn what a gene is and how it is encoded
information regarding the production of various proteins needed in a living organism.
We also learn about the research conducted at IFJ PAN
research on DNA repair mechanisms.
Frankly speaking it is a "remake" of the 2007 film,
but the techniques described in the film are still valid in our Institute.
Scientific consultant for the current, updated version of the film
was Dr. Agnieszka Panek.
