- Who are Longest occupants of Lutyens Bunglow?. Govt has no record of the longest tenures of officially allotted bungalows to politicians. Ram Vilas Paswan has been living at 12 Janpath since 1990. Sonia Gandhi was allocated 10 Janpath in 1991. LK Advani is staying at 30 Prithviraj Road from 2002. This information was revealed by the Directorate of Estates, Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs of the Government of India in a response to an RTI filed by India Today.
