Doodles!!!!! i love this video! Thanks for going to the effort of compiling your top 10s. it’s always enlightening to see what other artists love. Hugs !!❤
Hahaha!! I know how that goes. I have many things from other channels on my wish list... Thank goodness I don't have that itchy of a finger these days... Ish... Happy holidays my friend. LLAP.
LE GASP! Prisma wasn't #1? What have you done with Doodle? Okay, okay... j/k! Thank you for compiling your faves for 2024! Can't wait to see what's next in the series. Have a wonderful weekend my friend! LLAP!
I use apple barrel paint on my gelli plate... And I'm just like you I like watching journaling channels as I've started Bible and art journaling in addition to adult coloring... I use my geli plate for collage fodder and I like it Alot 😊 And the paints don't take forever to dry
Hi Makeishia! I tried my Apple Barrels on the plate, but I did not like them as much as the HL acrylics for some reason. They are peeling off the printer paper? But, I have barely just started, so there is much experimenting to be done... I hope you are having a nice weekend. LLAP.
OMG I also have ink still in the packaging lol awesome video and it was fun to hear your thoughts on stuff as always. By the way craft paint works well works great. I should say on the geli plate it’s pretty much all I use! Excited for you to have a blast with the jelly plate. It is so much fun. Can’t wait to see what you create by the way if you have any alcohol inks, you can put them on top of the paint and they create a really beautiful effects, but that’s for later on lol enjoy your goodies❤❤❤❤
Hi Maia!! Thank you for all the tips and encouragement!! Mucho appreciated!! I can't wait to give the plate a try. Squeeeeeee... I don't even understand about the inks. I get so confused and overwhelmed when I go in that section of Michaels. :/ Anyhoo, have a fabulous weekend! Hugs dear.
Hi Doodle!!! Fun video!!! Have you tried finger nail polish remover for removing the sticky? I use it on so much!!! I liked hearing your top ten and how fun they are!!! Thanks for doing this it was nice to hear your top 10!!! I bought the acrylic markers on your recommendation!!! Tim Holtz makes the distressed inks! MTFBWY
Hi Maureen!! Thank you for the tip! I hope you like them. I need to use them more. So much stuff, so little time... Have a fabulous weekend and happy coloring dear. MTFBWY.
Oh!!! That is an excellent idea! All the other suggestions are of stuff that I do not have. I was thinking about olive oil too, maybe? Have a wonderful weekend dear. Happy coloring.
@@doodlerobot42 I slowly built my Inktense collection by purchasing open stock but they put these stupid labels right on the end you hold the pencil! And they left a terrible sticky residue - on a whim I tried Gamsol - winner!
Hmmm. Well you need clay and glaze. I don't know the parameters of your kiln though. I would say go with low fire clay and glaze. I like to use 04-06 (not to be confused with 4-6 - that is higher fire...). Your kiln will need to be able to get to 1900 - 2000 degrees for low fire. Blick used to have low talc one that I liked. Double check to make sure the glaze matches the clay fire temp. Cooking clay over the recommended temp has ruined many a kiln. Good luck.
So good!! Thank you Doodle!!!! Love your choices and wonderful explanations!!!😍
