I've been waiting for a 808 4 ultra family love review from you as i was deciding whether to cop that shoe, I heard from some other shoe reviewers that the feeling of the shoe is a bit weird due to the uneven outsole, so i want to confirm with you as i trust your reviews the most.

I have always heard reviewers talk about the legendary Kobe 9 performers, and thought that it might be cool to try them someday. However I was curious: Because the shoe is 10 years old, even if I bought a brand new pair on stockx, would the shoe have just been sitting in a warehouse for 10 years? Would this mean the cushion might be all oxidized and the performance of the shoe decreased just because it’s been sitting for a long time? Or is that not how it works and a “brand new” pair of Kobe 9’s from stockx would perform just as they would if I bought them brand new 10 years ago? Thank you so much for all of the shoe advice you give us everyday!!
@@ballislifew9290 Hey, thank you!! Yeah they might be - what you have there I think is a legitimate concern especially since you’d like to be hooping in them and functionality is important. For example I bought a brand new pair of rare Kobe 4s not too long ago, because it was just sitting like that for almost 15 years, man they felt weak on court that I had to be super careful. So I’d say if it’s not for collection purposes, it’s not worth the money to have it as a regular rotation hoop shoe - maybe just go for the Protro’s and newest releases. Performance models do have a limited lifespan unfortunately.

my number 1 shoe may be beacuse i feel fast in these, maybe my foot .true that there is discomfort wearing it 1st time but like fine wine. bought last may. number 2 wow 808 ultra hate the insoles though. 3. wade city 12😊 - sametime i bought yushuai and side of the sole alreary got some separation from the soles.
If you're focused on lateral cut speed, bounce, and court feel what would you recommend between Gamma 1, Yushuai 18 or WOW11. I'm coming from WOW10s and could use a bit more bounce and court feel.

@@shinn43 Gamma I just got mine not too long ago, maybe I haven’t put enough mileage on it but that shoe is hot garbage so far lol not worth the price. Pinching, not enough support from the upper, maybe good for lightweight and fast guards but I think the WOW 11 is better in every aspect except for breathability.

@@glai_ Hey, yeah there’s a different upper on a lot of the new colorways. Probably LeBron’s but the KD 17 is one of the widest KD’s ever so that’s a good choice too.
These or the ultras? I adore the design of the ultras and i have the money for them (around 220 on the right website). So excited to get it as they have my ideal upper, shape, and materials. If you have any other reccomendations for a better and similar shoe please do but for now i think ima get them
