problem 5 mosfet IRL 3803 leakage damage
WHEN APC 500 UPS POWER ON IT PERFORMS AN INTERNAL SELF -CHECK BATTERY INTEGRITY
IF BATTERY FAILS THE SELF TEST, THEN CONSTANT TONE WITH THE POWER ON GREEN LED FLASHING.
