    Ingredients:
    For Chicken Filling:
    1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    2-3 cloves of garlic, minced
    1 green chili, finely chopped (optional)
    1/2 teaspoon garam masala or any spice mix of your choice
    Salt to taste
    Black pepper to taste
    2 tablespoons oil
    1/4 cup green peas (optional)
    2 tablespoons fresh coriander, chopped
    For Bread Patties:
    6-8 slices of bread (white or whole wheat)
    2 eggs, beaten
    corn flakes crumbs for coating
    Oil for shallow frying
    Instructions:
    Prepare the Chicken Filling:
    Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
    Sauté the onion, garlic, and green chili until the onion is translucent.
    Add the shredded chicken, garam masala, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
    Add green peas and cook for another 2-3 minutes until everything is well combined. Turn off the heat and stir in the fresh coriander. Let the filling cool down.
    Prepare Bread for Patties:
    Trim the edges of the bread slices. Flatten each slice with a rolling pin.
    Place a tablespoon of the chicken filling in the center.
    Fold the bread over the filling, shaping it into a patty. Press the edges to seal.
    Coat and Fry the Patties:
    Heat oil in a pan for shallow frying.
    Dip each patty in beaten egg, then coat with corn flakes crumbs.
    Fry the patties until golden brown on both sides.
    Serving:
    Serve hot with ketchup, mayonnaise, or any dipping sauce of your choice.
