It's several years since I first heard this piece on a Cd by the ISB. The way in which Kevin Norbury brings together the contemporary music of Send the Fire with the original version with which many of us were brought up is brilliant. The two versions are very different but blend perfectly. The few bars from Music for the Royal Fireworks are a stroke of genius, Well done all concerned!
