Absolutely love your tier list videos. The writing is absolutely top tier, especially with how much political humor is woven in.
My only constructive criticism is actually not with the writing, but with the tier list management itself, both in this video and in your previous (hilarious) videos. Like, we're made to assume that Obama is the one actually making/running the list, right? So it feels weird to see games dragged to spots just to match the general feel of whoever's talking when he himself may not agree. For example, he argues SPMD for S tier, so it doesn't make sense to then (temporarily) place it in the F tier while Joe is talking. It makes it feel like, well, an invisible third party is the one manipulating the tier list, breaking the immersion a little. That's why I think these AI tier list videos tend to work better with like a "holding" tier that the currently discussed item goes into, or just really trying to get in the mind of it being Obama controlling the list while making it.
Despite this paragraph, I want to make it clear that this is totally a minor issue (and my only real issue at that) and does not change the fact that these are easily up there as some of the funniest and certainly best written AI president videos, and if you choose to make more I will definitely be here to watch them! Great stuff.

I was not a huge fan of the background music. I felt it was a bit in the way. Your other videos where you ranked the normal pokemon games were awesome and it worked fine without music.
