Hey I had gotten my sin number from Toronto where they asked me to give a surname for my parents which they didn’t have as on their passports they had Singh and kaur so they told me to give my grandfathers name so for my mom I used my grandpas last name insted of what’s on her passport and didn’t have it on any other document but they told me it’s just a security question and is no issue I’m a bit worried about this issue will it be checked during and inquiry or something like that or it’s not an issue !! Please help

I don't have original study permit but I have photocopy of study permit. Can I apply online and which document I can upload rather than study permit.
