Jay you need more options for buffs, like you can reduce enemy damage, shorter cooldown, faster firing, etc.

Hey jay , here's an idea. Why dont you make them choose the stat boost between 2x hp and 5x dmg or 5x dmg and 2x hp
Edit , you could even make a balancing thing like 3x hp and 4x dmg or vice versa , mid would be 3.5 x hp and dmg

...5X damage would become redundant because that would make Tracer kill every character with like half a clip and heavier hitters like cass and zen would two shot rein.
5X HP would be so cracked and you'd multiply the 5x by 6x the second time since the HP pool is higher.
