Nowadays it’s quite radical to just eat less and eat simple. Food has become more than just fuel but it has become like entertainment, amusement, sports, it’s insane. People now critics food merely for entertainment. I want to adopt eating twice a day but my parents are quite worried about me. Now I’m sure about this

It's not just bout the consumption 😕 it's the waste of food 😔 people want to stuff their tables 😂 with buffets and huge amount of food 😂 and they let it waste than to offer someone and even if they offer its to their high countertops 😂😂😂
