He’s from a Russian bootleg game called “My Friend Sonic” which is basically like Sonic Schoolhouse but instead of learning you just play games with the knockoff Sonic cast. They have no evil intentions and just want to be your friend. The guy in the second half is Друг. He is some sort of entity who has invaded this game and took over Friend’s body. He gains the trust of clueless children who download the game and [classified information]. His motives are unclear. Both of them are just sonic with blue arms and purple shoes (evil penumbris hid the shoes) however Друг has way darker colors and has the arms and legs emerging from his back.
