    What she did is commit multiple crimes, including Public Angler Harassment and Harassment of Wildlife by intentionally scaring the fish for the purpose of interfering with the anglers ability to catch fish in the area.

      So she can't go swimming by her dock while you're out there fishing?! Just like some of the doc owners are Karen's who do nothing wrong. so are some of these fishermen.

      @@alexhughes2129yes she can, but her earlier yapping & her statement of "no more fishes" after jumping in, totally negates the "I was just swimming" defense especially since her words are on recording & it's not he said/she said. It was a direct announced intentional interference

    • @alexhughes2129
      @alexhughes2129 15 дней назад

      @MHB0210 it doesn't negate anything. A police officer could show up and I would tell him "yep, I jumped off of my dock and went swimming and I started my boat"

    • @MHB0210
      @MHB0210 15 дней назад +2

      @alexhughes2129 that would be true if specific responses aren't captured on recording as is with this woman in this video. That's the difference I originally explained...yes, anyone could claim they're just swimming or starting their own boat for a ride if no recording of her intentional act & her specific comments about what she was actually doing. If NO recording or NO "uninvolved witnesses" it's all hearsay and no probable cause for crime/citations.

    • @alexhughes2129
      @alexhughes2129 15 дней назад

      @MHB0210 I get that it's all on video. I still stand by my statement. It's my dock and I can do all those activities without repercussions. You can go fishing somewhere else. It's not harassing

      Hello dear triggered douchebag. I know that was probably your wife jumping into the water. But it actually is illegal to interfere with people who are fishing and hunting legally. As long as they are complying with the laws of the water are not impeding traffic or tied up to a dock they can fish there. no one owns the water.
      Laws were put in place due to animal rights activists interfering with activities of hunters and anglers.

    For fishermen and Karen's alike, let's get this straight. Fishing around her dock is not a crime and it's also not a crime for her to jump in the water. Both sides, deal with it!

  • @joshuataylor7075
    @joshuataylor7075 17 дней назад

    Just a fyi in most states she could be charged for doing that. Most states have laws protecting people fishing and hunting from things exactly like that. For instance if you’re hunting public land and someone comes up trying to scare deer off it’s a crime. Same apply for fishing!

    • @alexhughes2129

      Could just be recreational fishing, like catch and release. But you'd be surprised by how dirty or shallow it looks, if can be deceptively deep or lots of branches down there making wonderful spots for fish to hide up inside of !

    I mean ... I'm all for fishing and sharing the lake ... but I will ask . I specifically in that spot did you have to fish ? Just curious. All that lake and you want to be on that specific spot. ... as difficult as it was to get ther as easy it is to just turn around and fish on the other side of your boat... idk seems like a childish argument from both ends

    • @timothyedwards8329
      @timothyedwards8329 19 дней назад +9

      It's not childish on both ends. They have a legal right to fish any part of the public waters. She committed multiple crimes, including "Harassment of Public Anglers" and "Harassment of Wildlife."
      You're also childish if you feel the desire to ask why someone felt the need to fish a spot they have every legal right to and expect one shouldn't fish a spot they have every legal right to, where cover is for fish, and is likely to hold many and good fish.

    • @timothyedwards8329
      @timothyedwards8329 19 дней назад +3

      Also, the other side of the boat is likely deeper and open water, far less likely to hold fish for most of the year.
      Your argument is basically "why not fish where the fish likely aren't?"

    • @MartinDavis-c1w
      @MartinDavis-c1w 19 дней назад +2

      They were targeting where they thought the fish would be at that time. She got fixated and lost her perspective, she decided that they should not be allowed and that she was right.

    • @AHHCsMrBunny
      @AHHCsMrBunny 16 дней назад +1

      And they would then be well within their right to ask, what's it any business of yours? If it's public waters, you don't have the right to question them and or dictate their choices.
