So cool. You should contact state historical preservation and have them come see and do some research. A facade easement could be helpful financially and to retain exterior.
All I ever wanted was to buy my grandparents home. My grandfather built it with his hands. It's sad how we lost it but unfortunately it's in a neighborhood that went from scrappy, poor kids like us to millionaires from the city coming out and jacking up the prices so high I will never be able to fulfill my dream.

I was stolen from the hospital I was born in oh I wish I knew who I am!! I know there is DNA but I am in a foreign land where I can not work so relying on my husband oh what a nightmare for he stole me when I was In my very first own house at the age of 18!!
