I managed to fit everything into the box with space for a filler sponge. your tiny cards all go in one space (spot right above weapons), that means you have space for your extra small square cards in the top right holder (i put all the black framed potions in that spot), weapon cards on edge all fit within the 2 spaces alloted. hunters all fit in one section, and all monster cards including nightmare all fit in the remaining 3 spaces with space for a sponge. That's it for all cards, for minis if you remove the plastic tray that core game cards would go into out of the box, then you take your monsters from nightmare in their plastic and put it on the bottom left of the core box, take all your figures out of the ice, venom, feather expansions along with the 2 hunter figs from Havoc Expansion and put them between nightmare figs and the 3 core figs that were already there, you can then rest the rest of the figs on top of that put the board on top of that and the box still closes perfectly. Terrain stays in its own box, and all instructions are all in the mount havoc box. The game is now stored in 4 boxes not 8.

I put every card outside of the 5th player cards in the sleeve box without issue. Core box has all of the monster and hunter minis with a little bit of foam to protect the expansion minis on the bottom. The core box mini tray sits at a bit of an angle but the little closes without lift. Hoping for a foam or printed insert to replace that vacuum formed tray at some point though. The 3D terrain is in the terrain box but i might try to squeeze it in the core box eventually. All player/monster boards, forges, rules, tokens, and the 5th player cards are in one of the expansion boxes. I just picked a bottom and top that i liked the art on most. This thing is gonna be a beast to haul around
I was able to put ALL the cards into the card box. One caveat is that I didn't sleeve the Nightmare cards (cause I don't see myself using them any time soon), BUT the unused sleeve packs are in the box as well, so it should all fit fine. The small square cards column is very tight. The rest of the areas are comfortable.
Thats a smart idea of not sleeving the nightmare cards and makes a huge difference. I honestly don't see myself using the nightmare cards a ton. I was able to get everything to fit, I just needed to turn the weapon cards sideways and then combine the quest cards with attrition cards & use that space for the 5th player expansion cards!
I was able to fit all the cards. You can put the weapons all in if you put the weapons in the same way you put the other cards in, as if they’re standing up sideways. You can also fit the mount havoc armors and potions if you move the quest rewards in the upper right section and move the attrition and quest cards in the same section. And the monsters can all fit you take the wound, vulnerability, and venom cards in each of the hunter partitions instead of keeping them with the specific monsters.
what I ended up doing for my storage was put all the player decks and the starter items/weapons for each player plus any player specific tokens in the mount havoc box along with the rules and campaign books for all the expansions. and then all the specific decks for the monster expansions in a deck box for each and their specific tokens/cards. all I left in the in the card box were the monster cards from the main box along with the playmat and game boards like quests and forges.
Great video :) If you plan to carry the game, maybe you could pre-build a few expedition decks and only take the monster's decks, board and hunter decks for a couple of fights? Playing a campaign away from home would prove much more difficult though! I've seen a few people on Discord that managed to put every card in the sleeves box, hopefully someone makes a detailed breakdown of where they put each card.

I managed to get all of the cards in the game to fit. You might just to rearrange what's where since some monsters have more cards than others. Also, the quest and attrition cards all fit in one spot, so the rewards can move over and make more room for the 5th player stuff. But it all fits with some fine tuning
Someone should design a proper storage solution for this. I think part of the problem is those plastic trays. How do the different boxes size up to the kallax compartments? That sleeves box looks a bit too wide?
Agreed! That has been my biggest issue so far. I have not tried to fit the sleeve box in the Kallax shelf yet, but I am assuming like you that its going to be too wide!

I was really hoping to consolidate everything to just core and sleeves box as well. I ended up getting all the cards to fit in the sleeve box. This game has great mechanisms but 90% of the box space is for thematic, plastic spinners.

Seems like everybody else, including me, managed to put all the cards in the sleeve box lol. Just rearrange stuff it should all fit.
Issue was the Tarot cards needed to be sideways and 5th player stuff goes where I had the quest cards!
