This video demonstrates exactly what's missing from businesses today. Customer satisfaction is what built great companies when this country was in it's infancy resulting in the US leading the world in every area of industrialism. Let this video be an example for all business owners who wish to be successful, and always remember the customer has choices and his/her experience will dictate if they return. One thing for certain is the customer will always share their experience about you. Need proof? I never heard of Area Diesel Service until watching Kleeman's video and should I ever have a need for this type of service or know someone who does I know who I'm reaching out to first.

This is how it should Be. I worked at a clutch grinding rebuilding shop and this is what we did. you find the parts or make them or refer the customer to Those that CAN and will do the job!
Very lucky they were the same besides the pulley. I guess if they had not been changing the crank pulley so it lined up might need to be the next route to attempt. Yall got it done though!
Relatively simple job. Good solution when everyone else is saying it can't be done.
ADS has the dedication to it's customers level every company shoud have.
I do myself doing home service calls and shop circuit board repairs on Arcade and pinball games, jukeboxes and other Amusement vending equipment.
Always do your best not just "good enough".
Captain Kleeman is lucky ADS took on the task and got it done so his old 555 can be saved and get back to work again.

In the world of today there just isn’t enough businesses like yours that will go the extra effort to help a customer with there needs. To me that means that your company knows what helps them to succeed but also grow and become more efficient in todays business times. By watching your videos on how you repair customers parts and help them to get their equipment operating correctly again. If anytime in the future that I would need a replacement or a rebuild of anything that your company works on. I know that I would be sending it to your business for repair or to get a new replacement part. It is seldom seen in the workplace of today of a company like area diesel service that cares as much about their customers as you guys do in your videos. Thank you guys for such great videos and much more success in the future of Area Diesel Service Your employees seem to have found a system that most companies have forgotten about and that is customer satisfaction. May the business continue to grow in todays work environment.
