Problem 1) i have a laptop Dell 5558 which have Built in Wifi AC adapter and another USB wifi 802.11n wireless LAN card(USB dongle).when i connect my USB wifi 802.11n wireless LAN card for 1-2 min both(built in wifi card and USB wifi lan Card) can connect 2 different wifi router simultaneously.But after 1-2 min it convert in 1 connection. additional Screen shot and recorded step(See carefully step 5,9,13) attached herewith. Problem 2)can not connect to the internet through Ethernet connection and wifi connection simultaneously. Problem 3)can not connect to the internet through Ethernet connection and USB sim modem simultaneously. Problem 4)can not connect to the internet through wifi connection and USB sim modem simultaneously. How can i solve this? Is there any solution Is present by updating windows 10 or Change Some Network Settings without installing 3rd party Software?
It wont work if your isp implement a transparent dns server. You will only get a poisoned dns request from the isp. Changing the dns server wont effect. Tried it. This only works if your isp does not implement transparent dns server in between your end and isp end.
Yo creo que este tutorial aplica solamente en la computadora que fue hecho eso. Si quieres distribuir para todos los dispositivos conectados en tu red, entonces es necesario aplicar al router también.

Strange you applied settings for PC, whereas PC obtains from DHCP
