  • The next shirt to add to the collection is here from Classic Football Shirts and I try my hand at pronouncing one of the longest club names in the world.

The three x's are amsterdam if they are vertically stacked, but when in a different form like on the shirt it's not

Remember my team, Newcastle beating NAC Breda 5-0 in 2003 i believe in the UEFA Cup (Europa League now)

I remember you saying in a previous video that you cut the tags because you actually wear the jerseys, right? Out of curiosity, how do you decide which jersey to wear when/where? Is it just… random, of you find certain jerseys more fitting on certain occasions/places?
Anyway, I’ll have 150 pounds in website credit (CFS) coming Tuesday-Wednesday, so I’ll “buy” some shirts from them. Eham, the only minor problem is, the items I have in my “wish list” are worth between 550 and 600 pounds, hahaha…
    Cheers

Hey mate, can you tell me how you got that credit.

Yeah, I'd say it's random. Kinda what I'm in the mood to wear. I may gravitate towards clubs who play that day, especially if it's Man United. Some instances are planned, like wearing my Ireland shirt for St. Patty's Day and my US shirt for Independence Day, stuff like that.

@@user-yv5my3ki6v You get it by selling them shirts (there is a link on their homepage, up on the right), and by agreeing to receive part of the payment (or the totality of it, if you so chose; it’s really up to you, it’s all the same to them) in website credit. I’ve been selling them shirts since March 2019, and nine out of 10 times what I do is agree on 90% in cash, and 10% in website credit.
Say you sell them X number of shirts, and they offer you 1000 pounds. If you want only cash, you take the 1000 pounds. If you want only credit, you get 1500 pounds in credit (50% more than what the cash would be).
What I usually do is (I’m using this 1000 pounds as an example), take 900 pounds in cash, and 150 pounds in website credit (remember, the number in credit is 50% bigger than in cash, that’s why it’s 150, not 100).
The last package I sent them, a few days ago, will reach them by Tuesday afternoon, and from previous experiences I know that in less than 24 hours they will wire me the money (which becomes available in 1-2 working days) and immediately credit me with the sum we have agreed as website credit, so I can use it right away.

@@JepherothFC I sort of envy you… Sure, I HAVE worn a dozen of my shirts, a couple of them to the point of… “retiring” them, having maltreated them over two decades, but 99.9% I keep in plastic bags, hanging, protecting them from dust and all sorts of… damages. I bet you enjoy your collection more than what I do with mine :-), but I just… cannot find it in me to risk damaging any shirt.

Oh, I'm sure here in a number of years these shirts will start to show the wear and tear. I already have a few from when I was younger that have discoloration and whatnot.
Which is another reason why when I buy shirts, I don't buy at full price, even dipping into the knockoff market. If i had one of those shirts that were hundreds of dollars/euros, I would be petrified to even get fingerprints on it lol.
But as someone who also is a little bit of a video game collector, I understand having something of that value protected and admired without subjecting it to the elements.

Im sure this intro is than the original 😅 looks much better without the massive OK sponsor on it.

Agreed, that giant OK sponsor is what I was actively avoiding. So, when I saw this one I jumped on it.
