Yes you can use both on same mobile. For sending payment you can use your receiving account if you have one or use Connected account to send money.
I created wise personal with my personal details as Pakistan address and they closed my balances in business account saying they aren’t offering balances in Pakistan. If I change my personal address to USA they ask for proof of residency in US. What should I do is there any solution? Please advise. Thank you in advance.

You need to use real usa address to get USD details in wise business and wise is good.

We use US vps to create Wise business account but for the selfie, we have to log into Wise with our mobile which uses Pakistani IP/Internet details. Will that not flag at Wise?! It will appear in their system that 2 minutes ago this person was in the US and now he's in Pakistan and then 2 minutes later back in the US!
You can use US based WISE account in Pakistan without any issue.

I used Payoneer Mastercard. You can use any card with International Transaction Enabled.

Brother I need urgent help. Wise is not giving me an option to open business account in usd. I’ve thoroughly followed the procedure. My llc is registered in usa. I have a USA company address and phone number but still not giving me the option for usd balance account.
Wise is not giving USD details to Pakistani residents. You need a US residential address under your name to get USD details.
