I made this with a few substitutions. In place of citrus, I used a liquid chicken bullion and jerk seasoning instead of cumin seeds, for I remember a Jerk chicken with black beans and couscous recipe that Nigella did years ago. It was so delicious hot as an entree and a cool lunch leftover the next day. This is a wonderful ten minute meal.
