arguably i would say there are more than just 2 types of jumps, but i guess those are the two most common consistent methods
personally i prefer the "early" jump since im way more consistent with that

Wtf i finally realised my jumps were awfull and too early, I worked on that and im making gud progress! TIP: dont bridge on servers that have diffrent ping from what youre used to, helped me out a lot.
Edit: LESSGOO full gb twice 32 blocks! another tip: if youre mouse is moving when u gb, rub ur electrical tape with sandpaper a little bit!
