Normally I watch on 2x, but I sat and watched every point of damage against the azorious player in real time. Thank you for doing some justice in the arena 🤘🏼🤘🏼
Great deck! Sadly it goes into my wishlist because I lack two mythic wildcards for Ygra. PD: a little advice, Trail of Crumbs says "put into your hand" so Narset doesn't affect it. I really like your content, keep it up man!
49:02 cat is a food, goose is food, forager is food. Tap goose, sac cat: add one mana. Sac goose: bring back cat and gain 1 life, pay 1 for trail Tap goose, sac cat: add 1 mana Sac goose, bring back cat: gain 1 life, pay 1 for trail. Life gained: 2 Cards looked at: 4 Result: you would have survived and probably found second cat and won.
@@santyaga_tv I know it's complicated and sometimes when we are playing on arena it's difficult to see, I was just pointing out you can really survive and comeback doing weird stuff in this deck No hate, just trying to help I like your explorer videos keep it up👍
48:23 couldnt you tap both goose for mana, saccing both goose in the process, making 3 life by sacc cat as food and return cat by sacc squirrel? For another turn? You also need to Boseju on of the untapped creatures. Topdecking removal or cat for the win^^
Sorry. Now it should be right. You have 5 blockers. Block 4/4, 3/4, 3/2 and 2 tokens. 6 damage vs. 3 life. If the play is possible (not 100% sure^^) you eat the cat for 3 life and get 1 lp from the etb. 7 life vs. 6 damage. Ygra grows by 8 from your creatures + 2 from the one that Ygra blocks, 2 from Boseiju kill and 2 from the topdecked removal. 18/18 attacker and opponent lost 1lp from the cat etb. If you topdeck the 2nd cat, you combo him of. Deadly Dispute for 2 more cards could also find an out. Sure you still need a to topdeck, but at least there was a line 😅.
Narset doesn't counter trail of crumbs. Trails doesn't draw -> it puts into your hand. I'm sure the control player knew that and so he had no interest to protect Narset after getting 2 cards from her.
52:47 you could also have lvl 2ed the Talent and played oven, instead of sacc food, kill greasefang. 4 damage is nothing to worrie about. You still get the kill next turn, plus mill 2 and one card from Trail. Even if you dont draw the 4th land you get the mill anyway. You would be still in the game.
Sorry friend, but I don't understand what you mean or you indicate the wrong timer, or are you talking about the previous turn when I sac food and killed Greasefang, I should do this, he had a chariot on the graveyard.
Your line after the timestamp: Sacc Food, kill Greasefang. If you level the Talent instead, you could mill into something in the next turn, could pay 1 mana for a card from Trail of Crumbs. More time, more cards, more options imo. You cant beat the tokens, but with the right mills, you could combo for the win.
I dont say you will win that way, but in my games, fast self-milling is often the best option, if your opponent is popping of. Sometimes I try to turbo level the Talent to level 3 in turn 4 and hope for rng. Mono Green Devotion, Greasefang and some other decks can have those sick starts but the Scavengers Talent can do sick things too😅
No surpise an Azorius Control player BM'ing when their entire game plan is draw go/countering whatever you're doing. That is until there's nothing left to counter and they've bested, then they're salty and rope. I really wish you could report people for sand bagging in this game sometimes.
shouldn't you run a carmelia the seedmeister to generate squirrel tokens thst could be sacrificed as food to the cat with ygra in the field? like 2 copies or so as a back up for the combo

Next turn you could have looked at 5 more cards by drawing and saccing cat to forager, pay 1 for trail, then sac forager to cat pay 1 for trail
hmm, ok)

yes, thank you!
The UW control player conceded when he was about to lose his last point of life 🤣🤣. The pettiness is off the charts!!

Yeah, previously I've answered that 2 copies should be relly good in this list)
