Problem with new houses in the PH for the past 5 to 8 years, while they are nice, all are designed like this. all look the same, halos lahat magkakamukha na. Halos wala nang individuality. Parang nagkopyahan na lang mga arkitekto. Not bashing or anything, just my observation. Kaya mas nakakaaliw manood ng house tours sa ibang bansa, pampatanggal umay.
Agreed! In my generation, I saw bungalow. Lahat bungalow bahay or up in down pero looks like bugalow touch pa din. But I say 15years then eventually maluluma na sila then my bagong trend na. This is always the prob kapag streotype mindset.
The architecture design is highly inefficient, with a significant amount of wasted space. The uncovered back deck, in particular, seems purposeless and underutilized. It left me questioning its intended function.

THEN YOU WILL HIRE TO CLEAN THE SWIMMING POOL. DITO SA USA YOU NEED TO HAVE AN INSURANCE DAHIL LANG DYAN SA SWIMMING POOL SORRY TO SAY THIS BUT I AM NOT FOND IN SWIMMING POOL.
hindi naman yan ipapatayo kung walang consent sa owner or ang owner mismo nag request na lagyan ng swimming pool be unahin mo muna problm mo segorado yan yung delikado
Stupid comments. If you can afford a Miilion house with Swimming Pools , you can afford to have a Home insurance policy for protection. it can be an important investment to protect your home and belongings from unexpected accidents and disasters.
