I thought the 2 options would lead to a single response. I was surprised because 70% of the time Genshin's dialogue choices don't matter.
Ya never know when it'll make some form of meaningful difference, but it's usually when the options are mutually exclusive in nature. When you can't say both and have it still make sense, you should probably choose more meaningfully. @@Grejie14

As someone who's recently finished Armored Core 6, Arlecchino and Childe's voice actors and the in-game relationship between the two is hilarious.
