THIS is PURE GOLD for me!! I’m using to fit my needs - I literally was wondering how to best do KSAs for postings that close soon. Anyone doing KSAs for job postings, this is KEY but tweak the ask to “update my KSAs”. I plan to spell out KSAs and COPY them from the job posting. Create a KSA doc with my experience. Ask using the KSAs posted. It’s the same instructions she’s providing in this GOLDEN prompt to get us started. For those that know, KSAs can be rather needlessly lengthy due to you having to provide deliberate experience to qualify and quantify your eligibility. Providing metrics showing proven business results is a MUST!!! I will also do a resume too. Thanks for helping to link my thoughts!
