I bought that loco already like that. It reminds me of what I remember steam trains were like when I was young. Very good observation. Kind regards, Philip

I did not realist that. They can come in 2 units of 6, but mine are not like that, it looks like I had looked at pictures incorrectly, Thankyou, kind regards, Philip
Hi. Those long rakes and track sounds are spot on. I used to be a shunter and operate to a time table, but now I just let the trains run and find that much more enjoyable. Thanks for sharing
There is a guy that lives on the same road as me that has a layout around this size always used to go round and have a play when I was younger, me and my dad have a tiny n gauge layout and I would love a layout like this, I will have to somehow convince my dad to have a project like this when he eventually retires 😂
Do you have a loft in your house? Its really not too difficult. You could do it soon. It actually not that expensive especially if you keep to DC and buy from ebay. Thats what I have done. Do please email if you need advice, kind regards, Philip
@@model.train.railway. we don’t have a loft but we have a 3rd floor instead which is where the small n gauge set currently is I’m sure we will expand one day when my dad retires or get a bigger one ur vids are great keep up the great work
Very impressive. May I ask why did you stick with DC? I am guessing but none of the the trains are on the same loop. Not all of the loops are scenic. But you got me hooked. Great layout.
Cost and because the way I built the set with 11 loops and 11 controllers with 4 digital boxes I can control easily 17 trains at the same time and sometimes up to 23 trains, but sometimes that proves too much. I have gone for lots of long trains moving at scale speeds. I never planned it from the start properly, it just happened, kind regards, Philip
Hi good morning fantastic layout! I too model oo gauge analogue and have an extensive loft layout like yours but suffer from power shortage somehow so I will contact you on how you manage to keep then running at speed without shorts happening great 👍. Cheers IAN
Hi there i love your running sessions and layout.I run my trains on DC or as da kids call it Dinosaur Control ;) But do you know what i am pleased i do as its simple and it works.Your trains sound wonderful to :)
If I came to your house, I couldn't get up those ladders into the loft. Not catering for the disabled? That is why I switched from a Garden Railway, LGB, and OO scale to T-Gauge 1/450. I control my own access to the best scale railways available.
@@model.train.railway. I don't know your age, but my activity was brought to a shuddering emergency halt by a stroke. Cannot kneel down, cannot climb onto even a stool. Always good to plan ahead. I love your prototypical long passenger trains, and the Deltic is superb. I built my own Clayton for the rescue of other trains, and I am building a Network Rail train with crane, and buffet car! Our little worlds are an ideal place for our minds to live.
Nice to see a fellow modeller using a DC layout rather than a DCC Layout…….refreshing like
So much can be done with DC, thankyou, kind regards, Philip
Amazing layout
Thankyou. A new video is coming out this afternoon, kind regards Philip
Amazing!! Love seeing your trains. They have a hypnotic quality to them.
Thankyou, I like doing a 15 minutes run just watching them go round in circles.
Kind regards.

Love the video and the work you've put into your layout!
The weather on the train at @4:04 is brilliant..

This is so cool, it’s literally my dream to have a layout like this and just 1 full Virgin pendolino set (having 2 is crazy!) thanks for posting this!
It started small and somehow just kept expanding. Pedolinos are just the best, Thankyou, kind regards, Philip
Good old H&M - it keeps going!
Watch this Sunday's video, staring H &M.
Fascinating seeing so many trains running in the same lines all at once!
I will do a video of the signalling soon, A good idea, Thankyou, kind regards, Philip
Brilliant layout
Thankyou, kind regards, Philip
Now that is pure Brilliance. Have subbed. Many thanks. PS Who needs DCC Sound with all that lot running. Cheers, Greg, N.Z.
If I had DCC sound it would be just too noisy. Thankyou, kind regards, Philip
Thats some pretty impressive automation on the signalling. Subscribed.
I will do a video off the signalling soon, Thankyou, kind regards, Philip

Javelins are a 6 car unit.
I did not realist that. They can come in 2 units of 6, but mine are not like that, it looks like I had looked at pictures incorrectly, Thankyou, kind regards, Philip
What a lovely layout you have. I only have a small layout but it keeps me busy. Keeping changing it round. Have liked and subscribed
Mine started out small, a single loop 12 foot long and it somehow expanded, Thankyou, kind regards, Philip
A great set indeed

I just like long racks moving at speed, Thankyou, kind regards, Philip
Wish Vietnam had you Building it's rail network.
My track is all wobbly, so its probably similar. Play the game on Saturday?
Greetings from Florida. Love the layout. Subscribed. What are the dimensions of your oasis in the attic?
Thankyou. Its roughly 16 foot by 18 foot. Not that large which is why there are four levels. Kind regards, Philip
Enjoyed this session 👍

I bet this guy is single, with an addictive obssesive personality.
Not single, but probably right about the other bit, kind regards
Philip
Hello
9.7k is impressive without the star Lucy
I struggle to manage without my cat. Its too hot for her in the loft in the summer. Kind regards, Phil

I do worry about some of the tracks I have built in a too difficult place to reach. Kind regards, Philip

But without the Brits spiral out of control costing 😉
