Take this with a grain of salt because I know everyone is different. I started doing 30 minutes of some kind of exercise going on 6 years ago without missing a day. On days when I'm sick I just do yoga. Through Covid and a back issue it kept the streak alive without trying to be a hero. For me it's been a life saver but no need to push yourself too hard when you're not well. Love the channel, keep up the good work!
Just love that bike, totally nutz. Cant beat mud. Riding my very weighty Genesis CDF( 12 kg) shod with 33mm Limus tyres i can get through any muddy trails, the look on walkers faces as i appear on what looks like 'a racing bike'. Well done on the fitness front, your dragging us along. Dont stop!
Thanks mate. I’m all for a weighty bike, I’ve not weighed this but now I want to. Not that this matters, is it fun to ride is the only thing that is important.
It’s the opposite here it’s indoor training cause it’s to hot 🥵 outside 😅 these days I look forward to winter here in Australia 🇦🇺 🚴♂️good to see you can get out after the flooded tracks. Weather is crazy these days.
Hi dave was wondering if you've ever had an old retro 26er Marin mtb would be interesting to see you build one up and ride it on your usual trails and compare the difference between your newer marin bikes maybe you can find one cheap on marketplace sometime.

Thank you. I really should start doing a bit of yoga.
nice ride, dope bike, great start to 25 Dave - gotta love slip sliding in the slop when the sun is out!
Thanks mate. I do love a sloppy ride

I bet it’s get really hot there in summer. Don’t blame you for riding inside. I heard you have to ride at 4am in Australia to avoid the heat.
Thanks Dave , get warm !
Thank you for watching 👀 🙏🏽
Best RUclipsr bike ever… Fact!
Great video Dave. When you say freezing what actually is the temperature 🤔
Thank you. It was a warm 0 degrees 😂 it was the wind chill that was the hard part.
