This choreography is incompleted, from time 3:19 he got exhausted and lost himself and then, he did kinda freestyle to anyhow finish the song. Nevertheless, the first part is decent.

Even if he did freestyle it (there's no way for us to know), solo oriental dance is all about improvisation, not so much about choreography. His accent movements were right on the beat so it means that he knew the music perfectly and could synchronize with it as needed. So I definitely don't mind if he did not follow what he had initially planned and danced freely.
What seemed a bit strange were the turns pivoting on the heel rather than on the ball. But I suppose if you're wearing boots it's easier to do it that way.
