    Help with step 11 part 2, the hole is smaller than the screw 😢

    • @FitnessEquipmentHelp
      @FitnessEquipmentHelp  Месяц назад

      First make sure you are using the correct hardware. Second, some screws are intentionally slightly undersized and when the screw engages with the plastic or metal the tight fit and self threading of the hole will help keep it in place.

    Hi HELP, I confused the screws and now I don't know which one is ground, if the opaque or the shiny.

    • @FitnessEquipmentHelp
      @FitnessEquipmentHelp  3 дня назад

      the screw that should be used for ground should be the one with the finer threads (more threads per inch/cm).

    Does this work for the 5i also?

      Yes, It looks like these instructions would work for NTL10224. It is very similar to these models with a different type of console.

    Do you know of an easy way to unsnap those rail covers? Step 6. I’m trying to take the top apart to move it through a narrow door. Please help, thank you.

      Sorry I don't know of an easy way. The rail covers snap into place and the tabs are not accessible from the outside. I have been able to pop them off by prying at the tabs carefully but i have also broken them from time to time.

    • @FitnessEquipmentHelp
      @FitnessEquipmentHelp  Месяц назад

      They are not completely quiet but the motor should have a nice hum to it. If it is nocking or grinding you should probably have it looked at or take a video and send it to the manufacturer to consider possible parts and service options.

      It is certainly recommended to have more than 1 person to assist with moving and assembling the treadmill as outlined in the instructions and shown in this video. Although the equipment is designed for customer assembly you can hire assemblers to put it together for you. There may be local companies and assembly service are also available from the manufacturer.

      @@FitnessEquipmentHelpthey didn’t even have two delivery drivers to bring it inside my house.
      I helped carry it in and threw my back out over compressing an intervertebral disk and pinching my sciatic nerve.
      Was unable to walk for a week with jolting pains going down my spine into my leg, and now I’m hunched over with a back brace trying to assemble this fucking thing with bolts in incredibly annoying places to tighten.
      Instruction manual is absolute dogshit to follow, so luckily I have this less complicated RUclips video to follow along with.

      @@Viennery So true. My wife and I got it in the garage on our own due to being able to back the truck halfway in to the garage. No way she could help me get the main body of the treadmill in to the house after we unboxed it though.
      Thankfully we have a strong neighbor across the street who was able to assist me getting it in to the right room. Agreed on the annoying bolt placement.
      We also got hung up on Step 1 not following what they wanted us to do with the wire...first we used the Bilt app they wanted us to use and they didn't have our exact model version so I chose the one that was the most recent to ours...turned out the instruction were different which didn't help.
      Luckily these guys helped us to see what was expected with that initial wire through in the rail and to put the rest of it together. We just followed them step-by-step. It's one of those things that isn't too bad once you know how but figuring things out on that first run through is a pain.

      @@MK99112 it’s not the assembly that’s the issue. It’s the placement of some of the bolts in incredibly hard to access areas.
      It’s like there was no thought in ease of assembly, and the directions were absolute dogshit making RUclips video instructions an absolute necessity

    I don’t think my treadmill came with the right hardware kit … my bolt lengths aren’t matching what you are saying in the video. Anyone else have that problem?

    • @FitnessEquipmentHelp
      @FitnessEquipmentHelp  Год назад

      Compare the hardware to the Chart in the front of the assembly instructions in the manual. There may be some variation between versions. If the hardware doesn't match what is in the manual for your specific version then get a new hardware kit.

    There's literally no connector wire inside of the right upright. Didn't come with one.

    • @FitnessEquipmentHelp
      @FitnessEquipmentHelp  11 месяцев назад +2

      Later versions (after this video was filmed) have a different wire, all one piece, to be strung through the upright by the assembler. This was described in an "Important Assembly Update" flyer or in the instructions found in the manual depending on the version. If you have one of these late versions you will find a long wire coming from the motor bellypan and a pre-strung wire tie in the upright. Connect the lower end of the wire tie to the end of the long upright wire harness and use the wire tie to pull the harness through the upright.

    • @FitnessEquipmentHelp
      @FitnessEquipmentHelp  6 месяцев назад

      If you are having problems with alignment make sure you are leaving parts loose and not tightening any of the fasteners until you are instructed to do so in the assembly instructions. Good Luck.

      the handrail is inches off. 2-3 inches too narrow to fit onto uprights.

    • @FitnessEquipmentHelp
      @FitnessEquipmentHelp  5 месяцев назад

      @@cledr2485 This is usually because the uprights are too tight. You will need to go back and loosen the upright bolts and only tighten them when instructed to do so in the assembly instructions.
